This was not where I needed to drop off according to my Guaranteed reservation. When I finally got a smaller truck I was told I could not drop it off at the location I had reserved or it would cost me up to $50.00. So again, Not pleased with U-Haul

Waited from 11 am until 1 pm. The truck smelled gross and wasn’t cleaned well enough. I had to mop it when I got home. The location is not equipped for this service.

The place was a mess and the one person there could not serve the 7 or more customers in a timely manner. The truck pick up time was changed late the night before and caused me to be behind with people waiting. I will definitely be looking for other options for moving in the future and will spread the word about the lack of reliability from uhaul.

Only problem was I was told to unhook, leave and she would text me a final drop off statement. Two days later, I still don't have a text or email. This was an overall a very poor experience with U Haul with the pickup price issue and the drop off of not getting any final statement. I don't expect any response from U Haul as you got my money and trailer is returned.

U haul can tell weatherford automotive needs $15.00 bad enough that they make false claims about rentals being dirty, that they need to change the way they do business. I spoke to Jennifer in customer about this and told her that until this is resolved that myself or anyone else I know will not be using U haul.

Joyce and the folks at Weatherford Auto went way beyond call of duty when my scheduled truck became unavailable due to late drop off. Went a town over after hours to secure a truck for our Saturday morning pickup. The previous user left a mess, so the Weatherford folks got up early on Sat morning to clean it. Thank you!

The trailer was supposed to be at this location when we reserved it, but when we got there the trailer we reserved was not there, it was in Muncie. We were never called or text to tell us that was the location of said trailer. The location that we went to then got us a trailer to use for the time we needed! Although, the one light did not work and they did not have an adapter for the lights.

Broken down cars with flat tires all over their lot. Looked like a junkyard. Lady who handled the transaction was nice, but rushed by the owner. As he wanted the gentleman behind taken care of as he was paying a mechanics bill for his car.

The Anderson location rates 10 stars for service! ORIGINALLY, I had reserved the equipment for pickup at the Castleton location and through a BIG screw up on their part, my reservation was canceled. I had to drive 80 miles to get what I needed. There was no apology. My trip was extended by 4 hours!

The location was fine. The personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Was extremely displeased with the cost. $175 for 5 hours. 99 cents a mile was redicuous. Won’t use you again unless your cost is lower. Will use someone else.

Did not recieve any hook up assistance never drove a trailor before lady said if i needed help hooking it up there woild be a charge. The trailor was very dirty and as i said i paid for the insurance and then found out when i droped it off the the insurance was not valid sonce i hooked it up my self waiting on a call to talk to someone about my service at this location

My experience with U-Haul itself was awful the location was fine everything was great with the location Weatherford was great they were accommodating and everything but as far as on a whole my experience with U-Haul sucked we were booked first for a truck at a different location at a moving company on MLK in Anderson out 53rd and Anderson that location so we at 10 when we were there we ended up having to go to another location to pick up a truck the location ended up running that truck out from under us so here we are we're supposed to start at 10 we had a very limited time window and we're already starting almost 2 hours late so we finally get a truck at Weatherford I just want to let you know our time window was from 10 to 4 to get our stuff out of our home we were not able to get all her stuff out of her home we lost so much stuff from our home because we could not get it out because of the ineptness of U-Haul so I'm extremely upset and this is ridiculous and something needs to be done you know I was giving a gift certificate but you guys cost me so much I ended up losing so much of my stuff so just to let you know

We originally set up our rental in Whiteland, Indiana. However the employee, John, was ineffective in getting us the truck that we rented 3 days earlier. After a long, ugly experience in Whiteland, we drove to Anderson to pick up a truck. We were struggling with the 24/7 rental procedures when Mr. Weatherford came out and saved us. He was extremely nice and easy to work with. He quickly set up our rental and made sure that we got a good deal. He even went out of his way to pick up the truck when we were done. I would absolutely recommend using Weatherford Automotive as a UHaul site. I would NOT recommend using the Whiteland location. Our experience there was terrible. He did not have a truck for us and did not want to help us find another. I had to stand with him and point out areas that might have a truck. He blamed a specific customer for not returning her rental and stated her name several times. I felt that was very inappropriate. We were scheduled to pick up a truck at 11:00 am and I spent 45 minutes in the Whiteland store while John spoke with UHaul people on the phone. Not once, during that entire time, did John say "I'm sorry this happened" or show any empathy for the situation that was his fault, not mine. I will NEVER go to that UHaul site. And in fact, I will probably never use UHaul again, unless I am renting in Anderson.

I was charged a $25 cleanup fee for a small piece of paper in the cab. No one has contacted me after my complaint. The back Door was stuck in the open position upon dropping off and when I picked up. Also no walk around look done with me when I picked up the truck. There were damaged all the way around which was not noted. I have rented 30 truck in the past five years from U-Haul trailers And hitches installed. I always buy the maximum insurance as well. Charging me $25 and refusing to take it off the bill is exorbitant. Bye-bye U-Haul you got me for 25 you’ll never see one more penny out of me.

Booking customers back to back with no backup plan should not be allowed. They had scheduled a man who rented the truck before us to drop off at 8:30, and we picked up at 9. The man didn't show and they said they had no other trucks available (not even any free upgrades? What were the trucks sitting in the lot?) and to wait. After I had called twice with no call back as promised, they finally had the solution of having us drive to a facility 45 minutes away. We got our uhaul 3.5 hours after our original pickup time. They gave us 100 free miles and $50 discount. But this was our moving day (we were moving 2.5 hrs away) and it was a huge inconvenience in starting off the next chapter of our lives. It pushed back everything and ruined our day.

I picked up my Uhaul and had no issues up until I returned the truck. I was charged $381.81 for damages that I did not do. The manager said there was a dent in the door but I took photos to prove that to be false. The manager called the police and stated these black people need to get off his property. This location is fradulent and possibly damaged their own truck in there junk yard of cars, which barely has space to drive through.

I had to spend another hour at your facility because some there didn't input all of the information. I was in a time crunch to get moved. The gears in the truck were not shifting right so it took me more gas than it should've. It wound up costing me too much money and I didn't drive 30 miles like I estimated therefore I should be reimbursed some money

The Can of the truck was absolutely disgusting. It smelled strong of cigarettes and oil. And there was MOLD everywhere on the ceiling and doors. So nasty. We would have returned it but we were in a bind and needed it. We just dropped it off yesterday and that U-Haul company even said to call Uhaul directly and explain how nasty this truck is because it was unacceptable. We won't be using Uhaul again.
