marcel thibodeauI dropped of the rental equipment but called the dealer prior to leaving the drop-off location. The representative was friendly and encouraged me to put the equipment keys in the drop box and she would process the contract. I was nearly a day and a half early with my drop off so there was plenty of time for the representative to check me in. I dropped the equipment off at 3pm by 8:15 am the next morning I had received my receipt via email. No problems, easy drop-off and contract met.

He is the only place that far north to have a U-Haul truck. The guy was polite and friendly, I noticed 2 damages on the truck that was already reported

Shawn BradyI know it’s not their responsibility but it would be great to be sure to have what we need at the location especially when we reserve a lot in advance… it seems that u-haul is waiting until 2 days before placing the actual reservation which is not much time and there is no way to make sure to have moving carpets
Pierre MironI requested a dolly but wasn't in the truck I rented. It was off hours and when I did try to reach out no one was available. The truck didn't even have a quarter of a tank of gas . Just buy me down a time line bc I had to stop for gas right away and didn't have a dolly to help with large household items
Jenessa PattenBigger sign to locate the place. Went by several times. Looked like a lumber yard and it was very confusing! Walked around wondering, should I really leave this truck here? I left it early on Sat.instead of Sunday. I realized no staff would be around but I certainly expected to have a well marked place with good u haul signs to visibly know this was a drop off point. The locked box where you were to leave truck key was on a shack and looked unsafe. Nearly hesitated to leave it there. I am from the area. There is no reason to not have a decent drop off or rental, small town or not!!!

AMY HARDEEI was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 0800 and no-one was at the business. i attempted to call, but no-one answered. finally i was able to make contact with someone using a phone number on the sign and he said he was running a little late. it was 0840. 40 min is not a little late.
John SueThe location and the people at the location of pickup were great. But U-haul this wes the worst experience ever. The customer was terrible and not helpful. The length of time spent on the phone with U-Haul not the location was ridiculous. I spent more time on the phone with customer service then I had the truck for. Was transfered several times and on hold so long I had to hang up and call back.

GLENN PERRYChristine in the office did not deduct the rental of a dolly that was not used. She told me to call an 800 number and they would call her to have the charge removed. I was on hold to long and if the rep. From the 800 number was going to call Christine, why would Christine call on my behalf, she knew the dolly wasn't used but was charged for it. Poor customer service. She also told me that I could not contract 1 truck from that facility in case someone one else came in to rent it. What was the difference if I rented it or someone else did. I ended up renting the same trk at the same location anyway.... Not impressed. I still haven't been able to talk to a rep at the 800 number to get reimbursed.
Kelly CloutierNo one was there. People should be told that. I wanted the truck to be looked at while I was there at 8:30. It wasn't checked in till just before 3p.m. I took pictures of the truck to protect myself. I can't rate this property.

RADU G POPESCUOffice was closed. I called Uhaul number on my contract. The lady wasn't helpful. I could not return it online and she kept referring me to Uhaul website but I had to create an account. I couldn't do it. Ended up leaving voicemail for owner of drop off explaining this. I was still charged 20 check in few.
Shannon ShawEven having had a reservation for a 10 a.m. pick up, the owner decided not to show up until around 11:30. There was no phone call letting me know he was going to be an hour and a half late. When I questioned him on it he gave me a dirty look and said he had to pick up his daughter and that nothing is cut and dry. This is the second time in a few years that I've had to use this location and it will be the last. The first time was the same experience. I had a reservation and no one showed up for about an hour and a half to two hours after. This is one of the most poorly-run locations I have ever had to deal with. I will still use U-Haul but I will not use this one.

Patrick KerinThe rear loading door was frozen shut and no one was present to help with opening the door. I was able to get it working but that shouldn't be the case. If my wife or daughter had rented the truck they wouldn't have been able to open the door.

Mark SullivanPick up was at 9am. No one was at the location. Had to track down the Owner and call UHaul. The trailer was not hitched up correctly. I was 2 1/2 hours late and had to pay an extra $140 to my hired help. Also the drop off location was never changed. I was not given a refund for the difference. Very disappointed in UHaul. I have been a loyal customers for years. A $50 credit was applied to my account automatically which does not cover my loss. If UHaul wants to keep my business I expect a better attempt then a $50 credit.

JEFFrey ANDREWSIt is to far out. The truck are in one place and you have to drive to another place to pick up the key. They are not in much so you can't get ahold of any when you need to.
Phillip CantinIt is a well located and busy dropout location for Uhaul trucks, but I have never seen any personnel in that location (it is just a very small cabin). I always have to use the Internet application to drop the rented truck. I do not know what somebody would do without a proper phone and without Internet connection.
jacques belairThe person is not always available online and is not always available to remove the trailer from the car and give a receipt immediately. This is alright if the customer can detach the trailer from the car himself or herself and is willing to accept a delay of a few days to receive a receipt. The intervening days will not have proof that the trailer was not stolen or damaged after dropping it off.

Andrew MartinI was able to drop off the trailer on a Sunday when the facility was closed, and they later confirmed for me that they had received the trailer and pads in good condition - so no problems whatsoever.
