I really appreciated that the attendant took the time to switch me to a bigger truck when it turned out that I needed one and wasn’t annoyed.

Very helpful! I forgot my prescription sunglasses in the truck, they went out of their way to search for them and I was able to pick them up the next day! Thank you so much!!

Kathy JI used to be a mover and I've been using Wes stor for years for private jobs. This is my first time back in a while cause I had to pickup a couple couches but just as I remember Still the Best location in the area hands down by a long shot. I like the fact that I go there and it's not just customer service very down to earth people running the place instead of the a typical corporate robot sitting at a desk trying to sell you on everything under the sun. Moving isn't fun and the product is going to sell itself but the personality is what will keep you coming back and leave a lasting impression. At least it did on me so Wes stor will continue to be my choice for years to come guaranteed. If I could leave a better rating I would.

Dzmitry KI needed to delay my pick up due to a snowstorm, and that was no problem. I arrived the next day and the trailer was out of storage and ready for hook up. The hook up went easy and the trailer towed well for 1100 miles !

Cathy NThe app for the reservation didn't work, I was definitely overcharged for gas. I rented a van and used it for 28 miles and was charged over 80 bucks for the gas....the gas was never explained to me...I was given a piece of plastic and he said this is for the gas mileage...it was so disorganized and there were dogs that stood in the way of the entrance, that were the worker's dogs, before I was even able to get the van into the lot.
Haley KJade to call uhaul 800 number to get ahold of anyone. Then the person who lives on site finally showed up and didn't know host use their computer system. They had to call uhaull 800 number themselves to get myself and another customer processed and out the door, an hour late.

Reed EReturned the truck well before the due date and they forgot to check it in. On top of that, I was charged for fuel when I made sure the fuel was returned to the original amount from the start of the trip. So somebody used it and I was charged because they forgot to check in the truck.

I was asked to provide references (??) while I was sitting there. Took 10 minutes doing things I could've done at home while sitting there at 6am with a friend who gave me a ride.
Samuel AThebox ttruck I rented this last weekend sounded like it was going to drop the transmission. Passenger side mirror had a star pattern crack. I rented a van a month before and loved it. Definitely renting from here again, but requesting a van or updated truck. Very friendly staff, adorable bulldogs.

Troy BI returned the equipment on a Sunday - called first said they are open - dropped trailer off never got a receipt - said they would email it never got one - I get emails like the trailer wasn't returned - went back to drop off location and was told they were closed when I returned it - lady had a bad attitude no greeting just lip - when we dropped it off she was playing her keyboard and was tow busy to deal with customers - she may not work for Uhaul but she did a poor job representing them

There was leak during the time of my stay that's was I addressed one unit was vacant (46) since July but I was charged for August and it has not been credited I spoke with several employees in person, emailed and called and have not recieved a response. 46 and 49 are vacant.

Jennifer BThe wrong location was put on your BOL and the boxes were sent to the wrong place. The employees in Lebanon attempted to scan the boxes upon their arrival and it didn't work so they JUST LEFT them. They were considered lost until Joe in New Haven and Tara in Bedford NH figured it out. I am livid with Uhaul for the cost and lack of compensation for the trouble and time it took to have the boxes delivered. Certainly will not ever use Uhaul again. For the money I spent on these your services should be much better.
