Friendly people, but I was basically told the trailer is back there all you. So I had to back into their back lot, spend 15 minutes getting in and out of my truck making sure the hitch was in the right location to the trailer. Then connect the trailer on my own, not easy with a 6 x 12 trailer by yourself. Stick to an actual uhaul location if you can, these little places wont help you.
