Everything was great. The gentlemen were polite.I couldn't get my wheelchair in their office and one of the gentlemen wanted to lift my chair into the office. I didn't need to go in the office. The gentleman said they would have a ramp built for next time. Very accommodating.

The rates that Uhaul has are way out of line. I am a disabled veteran and I thought there was a discount. Not that I expect it but appreciate it if applicable. This will be the last time I use your company. And the gasoline issue is just wrong.

The location was under construction and a mess. The Uhaul guy was excellent. He got the truck ready, put the blankets in, etc. Better signage to help find the location would help.

Better quality lights on trailers that are reliable. Jiggling the wire and calling it good didn't make us feel safe that the lights were working properly the whole trip.

The owner/representative at this location, Armando Macias, went all out to accommodate my rental. He even waited until 9pm for me to show up once he discovered the U-haul computer system had failed to process my order!!! This man deserves a medal for providing 5-Star Service.
