My reservation included 2 flat furniture dollies. The person handling the transaction didn't know the difference between utility dollies & furniture dollies. When I pointed out his error he called me "rude" & threatened to refuse to serve me, and could cancel my rental agreement. He then claimed that they only had 1 furniture dolly. When I asked if he could contact the next nearest UHaul he told me to do it myself. After all he was a West Coast Storage employee not a UHaul employee. All in all the people at the Kenmore location were more professional and pleasant

Martin MachariaThis is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I don't think it's the drop-off location's fault exactly, to be clear-I was given their address both via email and on the app, and I triple-checked it. I dropped off the truck a day early. And the next day I was charged a fee for "dropping of the truck at the wrong location" and for dropping it off late-neither of which were true!! Now I'm waiting for some area manager to email me, which can apparently take days, and the whole situation is honestly ridiculous. I'll be happy to amend my review if this gets resolved, but at this point there's no way it could be a "good" experience.

Larry SPENCER25 minutes to get out of their location. Pre-booked/confirmed reservation. Check in via U-Haul app. Got to location and non of the check in info was used -I also showed my app to them. U-Haul location might and day versus a 3rd party… this is not generating the revenue that the storage is….was even stated to me..need to figure out how to use a local provider versus U-Haul.

Lynn SchmidtI was charged for gas even though I put 4 gallons in, which using my math skills based on mileage and the vehicles average MPG of 8; I only used 3,8 gallons, so that's incredibly disappointing that I put more gas in than used and was still charged 2 gallons of fuel.

Mark SivertsenI had the complete opposite experience from Cecilia in 2022! Excellent customer service end-to-end! A few days before my move, I popped into the office to purchase a few moving supplies. The store was immaculately clean, well-stocked and the manager Kyle was super helpful, friendly and I was quickly on my way. When I arrived to pick up my 15ft U-Haul, Kyle explained each part of the check-out process (I asked him to repeat most things twice because I had moving brain delay). He happily repeated and clarified until I understood how to avoid any surcharges (mind the gas level and return it at or slightly above to avoid a $30 charge, which I did!). He gladly helped me out to the truck with my moving supplies. The truck was parked so I only had to drive it straight out the front gate (yay!). Also, the truck was in immaculate condition (no grime on the inside from other users). Kyle said to call if I had any questions once I got on my way and wrote the main phone number on my paperwork, so it was easy to find. I had a question later in the day and Kyle picked up immediately to get me the help I needed. I have rented U-Hauls from a bunch of different companies in the past. Unlike Cecilia in 2022 who was still waiting for a manager to return her call, Kyle returned my call when I called but didn't leave a message. This was the easiest, most reliable, and most professional experience. I would gladly recommend this location 14535 Bothell Way NE Shoreline, WA 98155 to friends and family. I also wanted to mention Stress-Less Movers (see my full review under their listing). Totally professional and great communication from the owner Nate. Excellent moving services from TJ and Maricco. A+ rating for my supplies, truck rental, moving and customer service experience. Over and above my hopes and expectations Thank you all!!!

Jennifer GerstorffThe Uhaul service at West Coast Self Storage was beyond accommodating and wonderful. Couldn't have asked for nicer people. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer. However, Uhaul offered an "add on" to my truck rental which included moving helpers for a certain price. We selected Frons Moving LLC which was the worst. Absolutely abysmal. Booked 2 weeks in advance and on the day of they adjusted the arrival time 4 different times and then no showed only to reschedule the next day to…you guessed it- no show again. The most unprofessional outfit on the planet. Zero star rating for Frons Moving LLC.

STEVEN ZAVALAKyle was awesome. The truck drove well but the sheet metal behind the cab made loud buckling and popping noises at every little bump. Don't remember having had that with other U-Haul trucks. It wasn't broken, just floppy and loud metal.
