Upon opening the back roll up door You got hit with a terrible smell, honestly it smelled like an outhouse on a warm day.....to say it nice.
RAYMOND CThe truck windshield was pretty dirty. No danger, and I was able to use the windshield washer...but c'mon....From a customer service perspective: Please give the truck a quick wash before the next customer
William GThe ladies behind the counter really went out of their way to try and help us get a rental truck that the system said was there but would not let them check out. They spent a lot of time and when finally gave up, found another truck at another location and although we had already left them, they called back to say another truck had come in and we could rent that one.
Robert CI will not be recommending any one to this U-Haul. Con job type of business tried charging for something I never had. Horrible first experience with U-Haul and will definitely be my last.
