Had no fuel when I picked it up but customer service worked with me

Nathan FFuel level starting at 1/4 is much less that optimal.
Kirby KThe 24/7 process was a complete failure. The app did not function properly. Thankfully, the location was still open when we arrived to pick up our truck and the UHaul representative was able to quickly get us checked in and on the road.

Kristine BI inquired why I was charged $15 for safe move coverage when I declined this fee. Nobody returned my message. The customer service rep was not able to meet with me when I dropped off the vehicle as she was showing a couple a storage unit. She told me that she would check me out and send me a receipt, so I never got to see this breakdown. When I made the reservation online, I declined all coverage and charges. In addition, the gas tank was less than 1/4 tank. I was charged for 1/4 tank. I provided the photos and nobody has responded. I had to put more gas into this as I was charged for 1/4 tank and it was between 1/8 and 1/4 tank of gas. UHaul isn't very good at responding when a customer has a complaint.

Phil VThe van is in serious need of repairs and servicing, the problems - Front end is terrible, steering wrestling match the whole way. Muffler is shot, or some other part of the exhaust. Column shifter is very loose, feels about to break. Far below the quality I have come to expect, far below.

Brent CAfter I left town with my loaded Uhaul I received a text message changing my drop off location to Butte Mt which is 100 miles farther than my contracted drop off, Kalispell Mt. I called West Coast Self Storage and reported the problem on a voice mail. Never did hear anything back.

Nina MI would never use the self-checkin again. After putting the code in the lock it wouldn't open. I had to wait over an hour for the facility to open.
JON EI stopped by the scheduled pick up location and was told that there was no truck available. I was shocked that was not communicated to me before I got there. However, I did receive a phone call at 8am on a Sunday that I didn't answer. No voicemail was left!.

Jeff TVery accomodating. We had to rent a truck for two days and then discovered we needed a third day. The trucj we had was already rented but they had another one lined up for us. Would use them again for truck rentals.

Yolanda HWe dropped off the truck and put the key in the drop box. We used 3 extra miles and filled the gas to match the tank at 3/8 of a tank. This location claims the gas tank was at 1/4.. Being charged $30 to fill and then $34. 00 for the gas is ridiculous. My advice to people is take a picture of the gas tank before and after. You want people to do online check in and out because of Covid 19. Then don't over charge your customers.
