Reginald PThe vehicle was not clean when I picked it up, I even submitted a picture showing as such. I get my bill and I'm being charged $25 cleaning fee when it was dirty already and I returned it in the same condition I got it in.
Chris KTruck was not cleaned when I picked it up. But, It was definitely clean when I dropped it off. Truck has significant transmission problem. Especially when shifting into reverse.

wendy bStaff were very helpful with the dolly and hitch, and helping pull the dolly to a specific location on the property. The business advertised open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but were not there until around 9:15 or 9:20 in the morning, and were not around by 4:00 PM (had to wait until next day to return the truck). But other than that they were helpful and considerate.
William REasiest rental I have ever made and the owner was very friendly. I would use this place of business again and I recommend others to use them as well.
William BThere was no where to park the truck except in front of the gate...which goes against what the "rules" say. It was closed so no one there to assist. No sign giving instructions.
