I was charged for two days. I went 40 minutes early because website said to have truck checked before hand. Lest lot about 11:40 & returned close to the same time next day. Paperwork showed when i left but showed agreed return time when, i believe, was truly less than 24 hrs. In the future i will work within The exact terms of our agreement to avoid any misunderstandings. Best

Miguel CamposThere's not much room for improvement at this branch. However, you might want to have your website direct customers to the closest U-Haul location to them when they ask. When I went to U-Haul's website initially, it directed me to a branch 15 miles away that cost me an extra day's rent because I couldn't get back from a trip in time to get there before they closed. The extra distance was just rude.

Gregory LongakerThis U-Haul operation has a bit of everything so one can find what he needs here. Congenial people working the reception area. The location is hard to find. It's also spread over what seems to be 20 acres and is congested up front. Hard to find a parking place on arrival. This type of industrial park isn't well suited for a big U-Haul operation. You have adjusted as well as possible but it's still a bit of a mess.

Donald DegrawThere was only one employee working and he stated that there were usually two. It was a busy Saturday morning and prior to when we arrived the server had gone down so we had a bit of a wait. He did process customers thru pretty quickly.
ERIC ALBLINGER1. My reservation was made online for 8:00 am on 2/18/2024. The office was not opened until 8:12 am. 2. I had ordered a utility dolly. It was not available. I was provided with an appliance dolly at no charge. 3. The gas tank was EMPTY. A Warning Message stated "0 MILES LEFT UNTIL TANK IS EMPTY". I was told the tank was half full and to return in that way. 4. Water had leaked into the attic space. 5. I was NOT credited for the 42 miles of gasoline that I was remaining in the tank, and was charged for 100 miles as stated on my reservation instead of the actual distance of 96 miles. 6. I will not be using this location again.

The TV gave me no paperwork, asked for no signatures, and hooked up the trailer SO low, it dragged and bottomed out our entry trip. Who approved this office location? It's a disgrace compared to the LA Ave, Simi location that I requested. It was embarrassing to have such a poorly attached trailer.
