JIM S.When I arrived, the trailer was dirty on the outside, but clean on the inside, so that was fine. My issue was that we were in a hurry and the payment system from the vendor was not working. The tap and swipe did not work and they asked me to repeated insert my credit cards and PIN, which made me uneasy. The issue was not with my credit cards, but rather their system. Then, they said I had to give them my credit card and drivers license and they took photos of the front and back of both along with my personal information I had little choice but to oblige as we needed to trailer ASAP to move my daughter. I was extremely uncomfortable having to hand over personal information in this way. I then tried calling U-Haul to discuss the matter, but was left on hold for over an hour. When I finally got someone, they transferred me to someone else and then the line went dead. The trailer worked great, but I would be extremely hesitant using our local U-Haul vendor in the future.

Douglas L.The booking was the whole problem -one hand didn't know what the other was doing ! We were receiving different info every time we called and in the end didn't get any moving blankets we had requested. It seems very very disorganized -( not the pick up place ) but the call centres that don't even know what the heck is going on. We are overall very disappointed in this whole rental experience and would not recommend uhaul to anyone . We felt bad for the pick up person when there were no blankets and her hands were tied . This is a terribly disorganized company and we were very disappointed. Call if you want for further information
