Vicha LI had requested a Natomas drop off location, the person in Lancaster said we could drop the truck off at any location in Sacramento. When we tried to drop it off in Natomas we found we had to take it to a location 20 miles away off Florin Rd. You need to do a better job communicating.

Bret SEquipment needed new wiper blades. I also did not like that the truck was limited at 75 mph. With national speed limits where they are, it was not adequate on the highway.

shaun mthe inside of the van was clean, the outside dirty. I was told the side door can fall off the track and it did just before I returned it. They should fix this issue. The guy was VERY VERY Nice and very apologetic about it.

Delores WI am in Ridgecrest CA and had to drive to Lancaster, CA to pick up a auto hauler and pay for a one way rental because I received a call stating there isn't one in my location. When I dropped off the rental I noticed the drop off location had a auto hauler so I asked how long it was there and he told me over a week.
