Vicki HWanted to drop off the truck the night before but could not find a key drop. Looked the next morning and still couldn't locate one. The gent there checked me in and I was glad to get the truck turned in. I am 71 and I use a flip phone. I don't care much for all the Links and other instructions as I don't use them, nor do I want to. Keep it simple!
Ronald MU-Haul as a company is terrible. They need to train their franchise people better. No one went through my contract or rental. I was pointed in the direction of where trailer was and left to hookup myself. Before drop off I called and was told my contract was for in town rental and that I had to drop off at the pick up location. I live 3 hours from the pick up location. I was then charged double for drop off at a different location!! U-Haul corporate Customer service is a joke.
Jamie KThe truck was not properly checked in from the previous renter as it only had half a tank of gas. They are attempting to charge me for that half a tank...$98 when I drove it 20 miles. Find some one else!

JAMES RTruck was dirty and rear tire had slash in it, measuring between 6 to 8 inches. When reported the employee at West Side said he didn't need to come out of the office and we needed to take the truck to get it fixed. The rear of the truck had used moving blankets and an appliance dolly laying in it.
paul bThe location is poorly marked for UHAUL and there is no drop box for keys. I had to wait two days before I could get help to unload my minivan off the tow dolly, and the only person there did not want to help me, but he finally did because I had to go to work. He was not at all pleasant or friendly. I can see now why he has gotten so many negative reviews. And, AGAIN, his computer was not working.

Bill PHave my trailer ready as reserved in Gering NE. I Had ro drive to Ogallala NE to pick this up and then wait nearly one hour to get hooked up and leave. Dealer had a problem with your website and could not print a receipt or insurance certificate.
Randy RThey were closed. I had to drop my car hauler in an emergency because my truck wouldn't pull it. I was lucky to hit 60 MPH and it was bouncing all over the road.
DAVID BThe pickup site in Ogallala Nebraska tried to tell us the 1949 chevy Pickup we were Hauling was too wide for trailer?. After convincing him that we did the research we were able to rent. The 1949 Chevy fit great with 2" on each side to spare. Well balanced and pulled with ease for 1025 Mile trip to Georgetown Texas.
Clifford GTruck needed front ball joints and engine was making noises. Gas mileage was awful.
Fred BA little hole in the wall place. Closed and no one there. Had to call the 800 number and just drop the trailer myself.

PAUL CI also rented storage from Westside, and had an excellent experience with both the storage and several U-Hauls I rented. Paul is a good manager.
DENNIS BCheck with the location for confirmed equipment prior to customer pick up to insure all equipment is available. This location did not have everything available as confirmed and we wound up having to drive to two other locations to round up everything. Thankfully there were other locations in this area. All of this was after finding out that the initial confirmed location had none of the equipment, so we had to drive an hour to get what was ordered a month in advance.
TIM HI had to fix the left rear lights myself. After I loaded the trailer and tested the lights and they did not work. I was told by Westside Storage that they worked before I left with the trailer. I then went back to Westside Storage, they referred me to D & B to have them fixed. I was told I would have to unload the entire trailer to find where the wiring was bad. I left and at my first stop I discovered where the wires were separated just behind the light. I spliced the wires back together, taped with electrical tape and they worked fine.
JOSEPH UOnly because this location was 100 miles (200 miles round trip) out of the way for us to pickup. The office/staff were great but it was a royal pain to have to go 200 miles out of our way to pick up a truck.
PAULINE VTruck was not clean in the cab or the cargo area.
Brad TCouldn't find a key drop-box at this location even though I didn't need it as they were still open.
Randall BPaul and his assistant are friendly, helpful and competent. Merci.
DENNIS BPoor customer service and overall attitude was that he was put out to do the U-Haul part of his job. Had children running around the store. Didn't even ask if assistance was needed which I have always had at his competitors business up the street. They didn't have the size I needed so I chose this spot. Wanted some small boxes which there was no inventory. Had to round up elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Never another person the store so it's not like he's overwhelmed at the time of inquiry.

HEATHER WOgalla Location: there was one person working and he seemed annoyed that we returned a truck to his location although that is where we were scheduled to drop it off. Not very freindly at all, was kind of a jerk. The sign for uhal return was hard to find.
SCOTT PTook long to get the trailer, and I had already checked in online. Plus he let me leave without the chains attached or lights working.
woodie jHad a good expierence. Don't really have any ideas what could be better. Was wondering what happens to them trailers when you are done renting them? Are they sold off somewhere or they just scrapped?
Michael TWest side did not answer phones ( I tried to call many days and times prior to picking up to verify our truck) the truck was filthy and smelled of smoke but U haul did take imediate action when we contacted them... Merci!
MEG BWe were told they would be open on Saturday. By chance there was someone there when we arrived, but they were actually CLOSED. Not happy with the possibility of not being able to pick up our truck.
