This location was so clean and tastefully decorated. Liz and Heather were 2 of the sweetest people I have ever met. They pleasant and professional. I will be a return customer!

Rob PUnfortunately the 6x12 Utility trailer rental was a waste of money for me. I was trying to move a lawn mower with a 5 ft wide mowing deck. The actual inside dimensions from the U-Haul website are: 12' x 6'2" (LxW) but what is not specified is that the rear of the trailer has 2 small "walls" on either side of the ramp. This distance was to narrow for the mowing deck to fit through so I couldn't use this trailer.

Kayla WCheck engine light was on. Truck possibly needed an allignment. Sunvisors were missing on both sides. Check in was easy and friendly which made the process smooth.

If we had been moving across the country, I would've considered it unsatisfactory. The ladies that run this location are exceptionally, friendly, courteous, and professional. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

Catherine HI am a elder and had problems with the link on my phone and I call the 1-800 number and with one call got it taken care of with a few questions - this is when we took the truck (15 foot truck) to a local U-Haul office when we were finished. the person on the 1-800 number was very helpful. They are great people to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.
