JOHN UUsing the app to sign-in was the only discouraging part of this process. Uploading the necessary pictures at this location took a very long time. I'm not sure why but my sign-in process was inconveniently long for this reason alone.

Paul RWell, I went to 3 different locations trying to drop off the truck. If this was the last place I went, the building was small, filthy, cluttered, dirty. If it was the second place I went, it was closed on Monday. It was July 31st (a Monday) and the first time they were closed on Monday. I did not get to see inside, but they did not have a drop box. The first place I went looked like it was closed. The entire business seemed to be gone.

Furthermore, he's extremely understanding when any issue may arise that may or may not be the fault of the customer. Stephanie MMy experience went smooth. I did contactless pick up, the instructions were clear, the U-haul van was clean and easy to locate. The key was easy to locate and the van was in good condition.
HENRY HUnfriendly rep, I didn't know or want to have to download an app to get my truck even though I'd have to get the key from rep anyway. He seemed bothered by us being there. Though we were the only ones there. He took and leaf blower to the cab before I entered. Odd. Nothing was wiped down. Mud on the mats, but fine it's been a rainy week. I pointed out unmarked damage and he responded with just take pictures and you bought insurance so it doesn't matter. Well it does matter. I shouldn't have any sort of a claim in my name for preexisting damage that he didn't log. Fishy... Scamish... ??? Engine sounded terrible, which I'm sure doesn't equal great gas milage. Once we opened the back of the truck we found nails, broken glass and other debris. I swept it out because I didn't want our belongings damaged. And made sure that there wasn't anything left in the truck after our use. The after hr check out is needing major overhaul. Tell me from step one what pics need to be provided so I don't have to jump from one program to another. Especially in weak signal areas. Had to restart process due to this issue. Gas gauge and mileage should be verified by pic from the start. Don't have me type it in and follow up by telling to provide proof. 臘 But hey you'll make sure to charge for all miles and gas gallons... Seems a bit unbalanced and smells like shady business practices. Oh and making me take a picture of where the truck is parked for next user?... Um next to or between the other U-Haul trucks? What purpose does that serve. Tell me to take a pic of the plate number. That's clear and unique. Just saying.. practice what the preach.
