The truck has a serious transmission problem, it down shifts and whines horrible whether empty or loaded. Rides like a log wagon.

Robert MarshallIt should be explained when you book it that the pickup location has no one on-site and you do everything on your phone. While the truck was clean, it was not well maintained. The rear duel tires on both side of the truck were bald. I'm glad we made it back safely before the tire went flat and had to be replaced by roadside assistance! Otherwise it was okay and I will recommend!
james hankinsWasted a hour trying to use my phone to get the rental. Customer service not very helpful telling me to go inside when there is not when there a place to go. Then I had to review and double check all the damage on the vehicle with every dent, ding or scratch since nobody was there to check it besides me. Which again cost me time.
Jeremy PavickWe had great difficulty getting in the box where the key was. We had to call Uhaul for help, and when they contacted the business owner, he admitted the "Door to the key was hard to get open". When we almost gave up, suddenly we got it open. We desperately needed a dolly, and had paid for it, but when we got to our house and opened the truck there was no dolly!
Lisa KouseBox of truck was dirty at pick up, we put gas back to the level it was at pick up and still got charged for gas when we have pics to prove it's a little above where it was at pick up. Needed help because app was not saving info and took us almost an hour with 2 calls to them for help.
