The owner made sure the vehicle was properly inspected before I left and made sure to set my mirrors so I could see and to ensure a safe trip. Will definitely do business again.

The owner wasn't there when I went to rent it and he wasn't there when I went to pick it up. I ended up paying 50 $in total, because I wasn't informed that I had pay for mileage. Also to add insurance that I didn't need. The service was awful.

The experience with Uhaul was awful. I had to travel over an hour to pick up the truck. I had schedule it for the city in which I had to move my daughter. They did not call me until the day before to tell me my location had changed. I would not recommend Uhaul. Customer service staff and transportation staff called were soooo rude. Remember... No customers, no jobs!

This location was closed when I went to drop off.There was a drop key box located on the door. I received my email confirmation early the next day to let me know that my trip has been closed out.

Would definitely rent from them again. The process was quick and easy and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Awesome service!

My reservation was made for 6x12 trailer in Auburn, AL. I was notified the afternoon before pick up that I had to drive nearly an hour away to an alternate site, in another state, the next morning because UHaul didn't guarantee availability at my pickup location. No compensation for gas and 2 hrs lost time was offered.

the gentleman at this location was a very nice man and very helpful. i would definitely recommend this location to a friend if there was a need for a trailer in Georgia. we was taking the trailer from georgia to michigan. again this man was very helpful and explained everything very well.

reimburse customers for extra fuel they put in because the equipments fuel gauge doesn't work properly. Ill never use uhaul again

The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew everything to make sure my car was loaded on the auto-transport trailer safely and without damage.

Have every thing they need to hook your trailer including wireing adapter.

Get the battery or alternator checked the truck would not start for me twice. I had to get jumper cables to jump start the truck both times. Other than that the truck was clean and did what I needed it to do.

I was concerned since my desired p/u location was changed by U-Haul but this location was very good as well. Great personal service & the truck was clean & well-maintained. No problems at all. Thanks!
