I had reserved moving blankets and a hand truck. Neither were in the truck. I had to drive to another store to rent them. There was no one to talk to at the location when I picked up the truck. I specifically looked for a store front when renting online. The phone number given on the U-haul web site for the pick up location was for an old employee. I looked the store up online and they did not answer either. This move was very frustrating. One year ago I had a similar bad experience. Time to try Budget or Penske

It was just a drop off location and I did not receive an email verification as I was told I would that it had been received. It was due back by 1:30pm and we dropped it at 10:15am and called back to see if it had been checked in with no answer or return call/text. On Sunday I messaged again and the number was no longer any good so I contacted uhaul and finally received verification on Monday. Thank goodness I took pictures of everything. We only took it to this location because there was not one in our town and we were looking for a location within the miles needed to stay below expectation

Online pick up was not easy to use. I went to the office because online wasn’t working and was told to go back to the location of the trucks because that’s where GPS needed me to be. I went back and it still didn’t work. I called the number on the site and the owner was put out that I called and even said “Jesus” when we were getting off of the phone. If online pick up was seamless I wouldn’t have had to call. I was told by both men that there was a box on the outside of the truck for pick up, but there wasn’t, it was in the back of the truck. The cab of the truck smelled terrible. The back was dirty. When I returned I wasn’t sure if I did what I was supposed to do in order to make sure it was returned.

I just got a bill for a returned item but I returned this trailer a week ago to Georgetown and it's billing me for a whole new place and that's poor customer service and lack of communication and I'm very upset I haven't been able to reach anyone at either location and I took it back to the location I picked it up at and that's what I was advised to do. Do not use them for your moving needs they do not follow through and Bill you and ignore communications and I called on a recorded line last week about my service.

This location was unprofessional. They cut me off when I was talking, wouldn’t answer my questions and tried to blame U-Haul for my overall experience. Will not deal with them again.
