No one was there at my rental time. He did offer help, but didn't leave the office. When I loaded my car onto the car dolly, the swivel plate for the car's tires was frozen in place at a sideways angle, due to never being greased at the pivot point. The taillights also did not work. I messaged roadside assistance, & she was too ignorant to see what was wrong from the pictures - she wanted to see the DOLLY'S tires. She FINALLY showed the pics to the mechanic who recognized the problem. Instead of sending help, I had to go swap the dolly at a different location. 22 hours later, I received a text that roadside assistance was 160 minutes away. It was a terrible experience in a terrible storm. I was partially compensated for my trouble, & was satisfied with the amount - however, a manager was SUPPOSED to *call* me, but didn't.Jeff E.

I ordered and paid for an appliance dolly but when I picked up the truck after hours the dolly was not there. I had to call uhaul to request a refund.JOSEPH V.

The equipment was fine and worked perfectly. But when I first requested the equipment I was told it was a $75 dollar deposit and my actual total was around $45-$48 and that when I returned the equipment I was to receive $25 back and I haven't. I have emailed and they said they know nothing of what I'm talking about. Please be careful renting Uhaul in searcyKYLA W.
