I dropped off on a Sunday so I was not expecting there to be people.

Marina KThis was the first time we were renting uhaul truck. We went inside the Uhaul office for pick up. The representative asked us to wait. We waited for 20 minutes. Then he finished his auto mechanic work. Then he processed the uhaul paperwork and he said the truck was ready. We went there. No one accompanied us. We remembered in the rental car we have to finish the inspection before taking the car. So we went back and asked about the inspection. He said he sent a link to the phone and we needed to follow the procedure. We went back and followed the inspection procedure from the link.But the link expired before we tried to submit. We went back to his office and talked about the issue. He said he wouldn't be able to send the link again. The whole time he never came out of the office and he was not very helpful. We didn't know that we had to use the link for inspection and how long it would take to expire. It took an hour to complete the pick up procedure. Even then the link expired. It was not a good experience.

RICHARD DNothing everything was great, computers were alitte bit of an issue problems with the programming. But we were finally able to get everything taken care of.
Samma WThis return location did not log my trailer as being returned. Instead, I got a call from some corporate office asking why I had not returned the trailer by the deadline. Apparently, this return location called the main office to say I had not returned the trailer even though it was parked in their lot. This location needs to do a better job of checking in equipment immediately upon return. It is frustrating to get a call like this, especially when I returned the trailer 24 hours before it was due back. Other than this issue, the rental experience was fine.

RONALD SThe costumer service was terrible. They have no clue how to use uhaul systems. Kim did not seem to care at all about the issues I was having. This was an absolute nightmare and wasted an insane amount of time correcting their errors.
Jesse Ktruck was clean and ran perfectly. my concern was the horsepower of the truck, as i had truck fully loaded and towing vehicle behind it on trailer. my route was taking me over substantial mountain pass, but those concerns evaporated once on the road. the truck performed flawlessly and drove over the mountains with more than enough power and speed. amazing.

David MTook us 2hrs extra to pickup - had to drive 30min each way out of our way - then lady had problem with her system had to enter booking all over again. Then they didn't have plug…which we had to pay for. Overall we will never rent a Uhaul trailer again because of the service here and hassle and the fact our first leg of our journey (Denver to Craig which was a guaranteed booking online) was cancelled as apparently "all of Denver didn't have a trailer"
