The customer service from both Shirley and the adult male staff was extremely rude and short. They attempted to charge me for failure to fill an already full tank. I will not refer any services to this location in the future and will not utilize this location again.

The online pickup process was dreadful and I would never do that again unless there was a substantial discount for doing so. The guy inside was super friendly and I have no doubt could have had me on my way in a fraction of the time. Next time I'll just go directly to him. He was so helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. But, the truck I got wasn't swept out the the dolly I rented could really use some new wheels. I would probably use this location again but will double check the items I am reserving

Rude and disrespectful. The owner violated my personal space and when I went to go speak to him about how he made me feel uncomfortable. He began to tell me that he had other things to do other then listening to me.

The gentlemen that works there was rude and very nonchalant. The lady who actually assisted us wasn't any better, as if we were bothering them. The interaction wasn't there either, I just wouldn't return there. It was just not a very pleasant experience and I will make sure that I find somewhere else to get my next uhaul from next month. Preferably an actual uhaul store and not just a provider.

i did not get a copy of a receipt when i returned the uhaul And I have called the location and still have not received one . He said I would get one emailed. NO. I was to have a u haul reserved at Federicos tires in Painesville and they sent me a email and said it would be there, and I had to go to above loaction to rent one. I had to pay someone to take me there and tom pick me up. That was 30 miles out of my way.

My receipt says 58 dollars and change but I was charged over 90 dollars. We put very few miles on the truck since we were only moving 1 mile and only made one trip. We left the truck cleaner than we got it and the gas gauge was exactly where we got it. There were a variety of items in the truck when we got it which we left with the truck, but we swept everything out.

Very dirty rental, trash and cigarettes inside. Also the truck leaked on the inside (and it was a rainy day) so everything that has fabric got went and had to be dried out before use.

When someone pays the amount due, release the money owed back to them in a more timely fashion not 3-5 business day's later. Most of the time not always ppl rent the truck during the weekend. To me that is unacceptable you never know what that person needs their money for. In my cause my daughter birthday is Tuesday but guess what I won't get my $75 back until Thursday or Friday. Oh well I will make the best of it anyway. Thanks have a great new year ??

When I reserved the truck rental via U-Haul website and I chose to use the online rental pickup. When I arrived to actually pick up the rental, the Online Pick Up app froze ... a miserable failure. Thank goodness the onsite attendant at the pickup site (a Shell gas station) was able to quickly and competently process my rental order. Kudos to her!!

Helpful staff. I ended up getting my truck and trailer from two separate locations. These ratings apply to all three U-Haul locations I used on my trip. (Willoughby True Value on Erie street was originally my pick up location for both. I ended up picking up my truck in Wickliffe, loading it, picking up the trailer in WLBY and then having to load my car in Wickliffe where I had left it. I got a step-by-step tutorial on how to load my car in WLBY (I would have had no problem loading it myself in a large lot). Dave in Wickliffe helped me get loaded in a less-than ideal amount of space on the lot (he works with a race team so loads cars a lot). They probably don’t rent the trailers because the lot is just a small gas station, but it didn’t even matter. Every place I went two had helpful professionals and that really made my move easy.

Make sure the customer service representative is not racist. He called a previous customer a n**ger and proceeded to say that all of them are retarded anyways. His verbage made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I don’t agree with his racist remarks. I will never recommend this U-Haul Pickup to anyone ever. Your company needs to reavaluate the customer service representatives that you hire. The truck was well maintained, but it’s a customer service job.

The van was clean n drove well. The cargo door has issues and required us to SLAM the door to close it. The proprietor told us they received the Van that way n she has notified Uhaul but no one has fixed it yet. Overall it was a very good experience though.

After requesting the truck for six hours to pick up free furniture for needy families, we learned of a piano someone wanted to give our church. I called and asked if we could keep the truck for the full 24 hours, but it had already been reserved the next day. Not long after that they called back and said another truck had become available and I could keep the truck for the 24 hours. It was a very thoughtful gesture and helped many people receive free furniture.

The clerk at Shell was very rude and unprofessional. She had started on me but when other customer came to the register. She told me to go to the side while she ring up other customer's order that came in the store after me. After everyone in the store was gone. She did my uhaul order. I asked her why she did that. Her response was Shell's customer is priority over Uhaul's customer. I did not originally picked this store. The store I selected when I made Uhaul order for truck rental was changed due to the store no longer does Uhaul. Due to this incident of waiting long time. I was late meeting the MoverHelper. When I brought the truck back, I talked to the manager and told him that I have an complaint against the store clerk working in the store. He ignore me and never ask me what happened. This is the worst experience I ever had with Uhaul. I never want to use Uhaul at this location again. I thought first come first serve is the rule in customer service, not what I experienced.
