Very creepy place. Just a bunch of trucks. Off beaten pathway. The man was very professional and pleasant. Bobby, that was his name. Very nice guy.

I had registered on line - they had no record, had to stand in wind in parking lot while the guy had to register me all over and I did not get my hand truck I was charged with. The guy was nice, I felt sorry for. I wasted almost an hour and had to drive 35 miles. I schedule pick up 5 miles from home because they changed my location the day before scheduled time. Such poor service.

It was hard to find. When I did get there I had to hunt for a worker. He was working on a vehicle. I had to drive back to pueblo to buy a hitch because they didn't have one. He had to call someone to do the paperwork and then that person called me to finish it. It took forever.

I was over charged and I had to drive all over to pick up the trailer and nobody knew I was come to get the trailer. The first trailer they gave it to someone else.

We were sent to this location after being previously arranged at a location in Colorado Springs. Our trailer was cancelled and I was sent 30 miles south (we were traveling north) to pickup another one. The manager was an hour late opening and we lost 3 hours of travel that day. The trailer did tow well and the rest of the trip was uneventful. The manager of the location was very apologetic and tried his hardest to get us on our way.

Better signage. Give the woman something to hang on the fence around her establishment. No matter how hard she tries, being stuck in this location is not conducive to repeat customers.

The staff was very friendly but the location was some what hard to find. It was a mostly empty lot with a small U-haul sign, which lead us to wonder if we were in the right place. Maybe a larger sign would help others. Other than that, the exchange was pleasant.

Absolutely disgusted in the location and overall quality of experience. No employee was there, location is in a lot of dirt, with a shipping container for an 'office'. Not even an employee could drive out to see me. Someone from another company who owned the lot came out to help. This is horrific. Terrible experience. No one picked up the phone on the reservation confirmation. Horrible horrible horrible. The one redeeming factor was the fact that your regional manager was able to answer the phone and get others on the line.
