less than a half tank of fuel/ had to fill up before move: got truck with less than a half tank of fuel, dropped off with a almost full tank. 24/7 pick-up portal didn't work well staff had to be called to get truck location was changed by Uhaul (extra hour to get truck)

I was to turn the truck into this location on Monday morning because they were closed on Sunday. This was according to the U-Haul Service Center instructions. They were supposed to open at 8:00am, and nobody was there. I called the Service Center, who subsequently had to call the owner who lied and said that they were under Covid protocols and for me to drop the key in the drop box, which I did. Then, these crooks charged my credit card for a late fee. I attempted to call them with the number that the Service Center gave me, and they never answered the phone, or returned my phone call. I am in the process right now of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Make certain every truck has a full tank of gas on pick up. A 1/4 tank of fuel was very inconvenient. Also Uhaul needs a military discount.

I have the U-Haul for about 2 hours I returned it.they charged me seen late fees and I did not feel the truck the truck was full the person checking it was like some 10-year-old kid who didn't understand how to turn on the vehicle to check if it was full when I called and asked about the charges the person that answered was like 16 and saying I was late even though I only had it for 2 hours I went in to talk to him Valerie and show them my contract he was calling me a dick being unprofessional and saying I can't return my money then he told me if I keep on being a dick he's going to keep my money which last time I checked that is theft under Colorado law and then he said he was going to talk to someone about returning my money and I asked to see some documentation about it he wrote on it work just wrote it down on a piece of paper and we're not printing out anything I finally had to call the branch manager and complain there was no adults there all the kids that were working there were under the age of 16 very unprofessional and needs to be checked on more often. When I did return the vehicle he was on the computer the 16-year-old and making rude comments to the computer and cussing which is very unprofessional I would like someone from corporate to call and talk to me about this incident. When I did ask about adult I was told there is no adult around the adult was running errands then they told my girlfriend that that adult was at a different job that she does very unprofessional place I was very upset about how rude and being called names by the individuals there Thanks Trevor Medlin 719-437-4002

Maybe a employee who would show up for work he answered the phone one time and told us he was gonna be there until 5 PM we went back three different times to drop The first time about 12 PM and there was no one there and we tried to call the rest of the day and there was no answer or nobody in the office

inside windshield very dirty. Location NOT any where near where I wanted to pick up truck third time in a row I was not able to pick up truck where I wanted, VERY disappointed that i am not allowed to pick up rental where I want.. Location difficult to get into.

Don't change location before you take all the credit information from the renter....if so provide some kind of discount for your mistakes not the renter.

The location was hidden with no big visual sign only a small sign on the window. If it wasn't for a uhaul truck in front we would have missed it.

Make sure that the Local phone number of the dealership is posted outside the business. I absolutely hate calling a number that is being answered by a person a thousand miles away from the business by a person that could care less about my concerns. I want to talk to someone that can make it happen Not a person that has no clue on how to make it happen

nobody was even at the location when we arrived. called they said they have two and because of the virus they have only had one person at the other location because they had no pick ups scheduled for the day and never got a notification about ours. all fine and well however send someone who can drive and hook up the equipment please very much.
