The facility is very well secured, and I had total confidence that my possessions would be safe. Al is great! He goes the extra mile, every day, with every interaction. He's full of knowledge, helpful, professional, and easy-going. He takes great pride in his business and it shows. Al personally checks every door/lock daily, so you can rest assured you've selected a great place to store your stuff.

Moving to Lincoln was difficult; however, the manager at this facility was very helpful and always had a smile. He goes beyond his responsibilities to make sure his customers are happy with the service he provides. I truly recommend this storage facility to everyone who wants a peace of mind knowing that his/her properties are safe.

The units are very clean and I didn't see any signs of insects or rodents. I highly recommend Wilderness Self storage if you are looking for short or long term storage.

Scheduled for 2p pickup. We showed up and it was their lunch hour from 1:30 to 2:30 and he didn't arrive until 2:45. Girl in training was unable to help us. Waited 45 minutes from our scheduled time to begin pickup process

They had me pick up all the way across town when there was a place right across the street from me and I kept having to call to see what was going on and see where and when to pick up the truck. I will not be using uhaul ever again.

very bad customer service gentleman at the front counter yells cursed at me. I believe nobody should be treated that way.I will not recommend this place to nobody. Plus he overcharges.

Make sure customers know that you have to complete the on line form to get a code to open the box. I was unclear on this and thought I could just go in and get the keys. I never received a code after I completed the process and I had to call the 800 # to get the code.

The mobile app was broken and caused a massive delay in getting the truck. Had to call the helpline and wait on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered. I got the truck over 1 hour late which caused problems with the movers who were scheduled to be at my place at a certain time. Not a reliable service and the last thing you need to go wrong on moving day.

I have been charged for a day of rental..... this is an incorrect charge! I was told someone would call me, I've heard from no one...please advise 路‍♀️

Abbie did a great job of taking care of us for our rental. Vehicle was in good condition and they were very flexible in working with us when the original vehicle size requested wasn't available the day of our move. Will certainly consider these services for future rental needs.

Please take into account the position of the truck when checking the gas amount in the tank. If the truck is parked on the slope, the gas level sensor may indicate a way higher level than it really is. This was the case with me. When picking up the truck the representative prompted me to sign a paper with 3/4 of gas tank, and I saw the same level when first started the engine. But when I drove the car out of its parking lot, the indicator gradually fell to the middle of the scale, showing that the tank is only half full. And, it really was only half full because I was able to fill almost 15 gallons of gas in the tank in the closest gas station right after picking up the truck (the full capacity of the 10' U-haul truck gas tank is 31 gallons). It means that initial statement of the representative was wrong.

Location was secluded and hidden away. Was kind of nervous to be in the area it was in and had a kind of sketchy parking lot to park in. Again I had to drive all the way across town to get to this location when I was told I could take it to any.

First time renting. I found the operator accommodating to my needs as I called less than a half hour before closing. His inventory included the trailer I needed. Kudos.

My husband arrived to pick up our 15 foot truck and they claimed they called and left a message canceling our reservation. Who does that? There was no message left and even IF they did, what gives them the right to cancel our reservation. Not that it matters but this was being rented in order for us to pick up tables, chairs and cases of water for a community walk/run event that we put on for mental health awareness/suicide prevention. We are a 501c3 nonprofit and never once has U-haul offered us a discounted rate or even just the use of a truck just to give back to the community like so many other businesses do when they find out what we are doing. Let ALONE cancel our reservation when we were counting on that truck to pick up all of our supplies. Terrible customer service.

Uhaul was a very confusing place, make things more complicated than they should be. Will also charge you for a lock that you'll need on the storage unit so. Not necessarily free

You managed to send me to 4 different locations, none of which were where I made my reservations!! I was sent to the opposite of the city, which didn't have my order to have a confirmation completely east to go further north then finally back to one in the neighborhood I reside. It took over an hour to do this & several gallons of gas!! I hope you have your act together for the charges, as you did it for 3 days and I had it for one. Please confirm the correction in the rental charge and I would suggest you get your act together on the reservation side. It was a thoroughly poor and frustrating experience. I also suggest you look at the method of making them, as it is not working! Fortunately, the personnel in each location was most helpful!

I drove 31 miles total. The paperwork said the gas level wS at 3/4 tank. I had to put in $16 to get it close, and the gas gauge barely moved. 31 miles should not use that much gas... I told the Uhaul person and it appears I'm out of luck so I just spent way more than I should have....

Trailer wasn't clean. For such a large trailer, there should be a jack provided. This could easily cause injury or property damage. Personnel didn't know how to operate the trailer and provided 0 support. I called owner and asked him to return my call. Didn't call me back.

The staff did not know how to even put a discount on the contract. They had to call Uhaul multiple times and still couldn't figure it out. They failed to inform me that we would be paying a deposit for the rental. And now it will take a week to get the refund back from Uhaul. It's also funny that Uhaul says that they have no management or supervisors. This was a military move for me and the WORST experience I have ever had. I will not use Uhaul AGAIN!

What a joke of a company. Talk about how to nickle and dime and learn from UHaul. First off I don't know how the hell you get away with advertising $19,99 and charge close to $200. Second we never actually got a dolley but got charged to a missing dolley? I will absolutely never use this company again. I would rather pay a million dollars for another moving company that get ripped off by such a waste of a company.

Blankets were not perfectly folded and we were told we could get charged for them. Said we would fold right there on the spot. Employee said its no big deal, she would fold them later that night. Thanked her and left. 3 days later we got charged $25 for unfolded blankets. Please don't say you are going to do something and then not do it. I would have spent 5 minutes to fold them if I knew you were not going to do it.

I paid for the rental online in full. When I picked up the trailer I was told there was a balance of three dollars and some change. I was not happy about this additional unannounced and unexplained charge. It's not about the three dollars, it's about feeling mislead and the clerk didn't even know our understand what it was about which put then I a bad spot. It's very unprofessional and I expected more from company who has been doing this a long time. It's seems shady, get your act together!

the lady was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off the trailer even though it wasn't the location suggested by U-haul. The location U-haul suggested was clear across town as the one we used was only a few blocks away.

The original drop off location (HomeBase Storage in Lincoln NE) was not there at the posted hours of operation. I had called ahead and was told they would be there but when I arrived they decided to close early. I was able to take the truck to Wilderness and they jumped through hoops and solved the problem for me. Great service, great location, very clean facilities. Thanks
