thomas C.The gentleman I spoke to that gave me the keys and checked me in when I picked up the U-Haul truck told me that I could return the truck by Monday morning and I returned it by Sunday. He said as long as it's there by Monday it's fine with him. We were charged for 2 days. Had he not say it was okay, I would have made sure to have it back the same day. Please call me in regards to this matter at 407-797-1142. Thank-you
Marisa F.The Uhaul 26 foot truck with over 170 000 miles on it needs some major work. Lights stopped working, engine was making unusual noises, brake light came on and stayed on. Fuel economy on the truck empty was really bad compared to other Uhaul 26 foot trucks I have rented in the past. Did not load much and went through 2 full tanks of gas for about 350 miles. At 0,99 per mile and the daily rate on the truck, uhaul needs to make sure the trucks are running good.
Chad S.There was a warning light on the dash saying left tire needed air. However the gentleman said it was a faulty warning light. In no way was it faulty... the tire was very low. I was told the price of the rental and the amount charged per mile, however I was not told that there was a 'surcharge' of 25 dollars for gassing the vehicle up. I did not need insurance as I was already covered. I drove a total of 16 total miles and was charged something over 57 dollars. Good gravy people. At least you could have told me to make to gas up. Holy cow your trucks get horrific mileage!
CHERYL L.The truck was fine, however, I had rented a furniture dolly, a regular dolly and 12 pads and initially he did NOT have all 3. Merely, by a stroke of luck, we located a dolly. But this messed up my move!
Anthony S.I didn't freakin drop off my trailer here! Your employees obviously cannot properly read a number! Now this stupid company is wrongfully charging my card and about to get a lawsuit! My trailer was dropped in Alvin, Tx!

I wouldn't have rented it if I knew top speed was 73 mph very dangerous passing a slower moving semi with some impatient driver on your butt!! And the best part was the a/c quit blowing out the vents!! Didn't matter what position the knob was set at !!! So no , I'm not a happy customer!!

jose C.Had I gone alone I would have turned around and left... it was essentially a dirt “lot†full of trailer and boats and trucks. Felt like a junk yard. No office. No place to buy additional last minute supplies. Just a man in a truck. He was very nice but the whole thing was a bit odd. Also, and more importantly, the mileage was off by 5 miles as was the gas gauge. I tried to upload a photo to the app as required but kept getting an error message. So I just paid for it. I'm not sure if this is a U-Haul issue or a Dealer issue but I won't be going back.

Mitchell C.Customer service was not provided! The man instructed me to get the cargo myself and did not assist putting the tow latch on my truck. I was forced to do it myself and the cargo didn't have what I needed, so I had to get from another cargo truck. I will never rent from here again. Im appalled and very disappointed.

Eric W.This also was not the location that I reserved to return the truck to but was farther away. This location was wholly absurd. I had to park the truck in the middle of a huge puddle/lake because the "worker" there didn't want to get out of his truck. So let me get this straight, I reserved a truck to be picked up and then returned at specific locations and neither ended up being sufficient to Uhaul so I drove significantly out my way both times and then I GET CHARGED FOR 25,2 EXTRA MILES??? ABSURD! I went straight from the pickup to my home then to the delivery spot and then to the drop off and I am getting charged $10,48 for excess mileage BECAUSE OF UHAUL???
