Tim BI had to send my wife to pick the trailer up and I called ahead and asked if they would hook it up for her. The gentleman that answered said that he would. When my wife got there he told her to go back and get the trailer herself and after she hooked it up to bring it to him so he could check it . I read U-Haul policy and it says that the U-Haul representative is supposed to hook the trailer up!! This was a very upsetting to my wife.

Eric STrailer had some garbage left in it. Nothing major, just a beverage can, discarded candy, & small amount of dirt & smokeless tobacco.

Merry KEngine had an exhaust leak. Sounded like it was at the exhaust manifold. I was only going a total of 130 miles. It would have been annoying if I was on a long trip.
JAMES GInside window was very dirty. I think a running light may have been out. But over all I recommend where we rented the truck. She was very helpful!
BRENDA OGet newer vehicles for customers. The truck had manual windows and smelled like cigarettes. I couldn't find how to get it out of tow mode.
Jean HGreat staff. Very accomodating. Because we rented on a weekend, they helped with a remote check in after our return so we didn't have to rush our move.

Jordan WWilkes Print and Ship staff went above and beyond to correct an error on the U Haul reservation side. The U Haul associate had given me a 10 % discount, but the system did not recognize it. Therefore Wilkes Print staff made phones calls and verified the notes stating the 10 % should be applied. Appreciate their effort !!!

Larry HDid not receive link to do 24/7 pick up. Took over an hour to get through process with associate I spoke with, Jeremiah. I do want it known he did an excellent job, but I should have never had to call him. Also did not have the shipping blankets I had asked for.

Michael GTrailer was parked on a slight hill so when I lifted it to put on my suv it shot forward and hit me and my suv. My suv now has deep scratches and a slight dent. Someone could have been hurt. I'm glad my son was not standing near me as he has previously. You should take some responsibility for how your distributors store the equipment. I'm guessing I have $1500 in damage.

Kevin CThe inside of the windshield could be a little cleaner, but you could only tell when it was fogged over in the morning. I was also charged for the dolly and blankets I did not receive.

wiliam bPlease remove location at Shed Central U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer 3648 W US Hwy 421 Wilkesboro, NC 28697 (336) 667-6082 I reserved a trailer through the website here and they no longer support UHaul. I wasn't aware of this until I drove there to pickup a trailer. Thankfully the next closest location had what I needed.
Jessie MThe staff was beyond excellent but the truck itself was quite beat up. I took many videos & photos just to protect myself from damage charges. Also, the check engine light was on, I did notify the staff prior to driving off and was told it should be fine (which it was) but I was a bit concerned that something might happen to delay me and I was in a bit of a time constraint.

REED EAccording to my reservation (25683426) I was to drop off the truck in Boone. This was very inconvenient. Not to mention I left the truck with an extra half a tank of gas and then got charged $40 because I was over on my allotted mileage!!!
