Absolutely nothing Batesville location was wonderful Jacksonville location was wonderful. They both worked with me. I worked with them. We had no problems so thank you very much U-Haul for putting your equipment in these two locations.

Jeffrey HAsking a customer the exact questions they already answered online can be confusing and frustrating. If the customer already completed the entire reservation and answered the questions, charge them the quoted fees, give them the keys and let them go.

James TAt drop off the App just did not do well. There was only "one bar" of ATT service at this location and it was having trouble uploading pictures. It went off before I finished, so I am not sure if the return process was completed. I was there 40 minutes trying to complete that process. I called next morning to verify they had the truck and they did.

Bobbie TI did not see inside the facility I was met at the uhaul in the parking lot which is a perk but I can't comment on the locations cleanliness because of this.

Sheila PI rented a 20 foot U-Haul truck, any time the wind would hit me from the left side it would create a whistle that was so loud. I had a headache for 36 hours because of it. This is my second bad experience with U-Haul in a row I will probably not use this company again.
