Billy SYou charged us for a WEEK when we only reserved it for a 24hr period. We'd like to have the extra money you stole returned to the card we used. Charge us for the day and miles only NOT a week we never wanted to have it for.

Jacob PAll was good with our experience. We had plenty of procedural information prior to picking up the truck and both the pick up and turn in was effortless. The one improvement I suggest is a "speed kills" safety sticker placed right over the mph gauge dial in our truck. The sticker blocked seeing the dial numbers between 60 to 80. Not sure if that is just a one off placement or a standard location but it shouldn't be there blocking information.

Otis RWe ordered a truck from our hometown but had to pick the truck up in another town almost 20/ minutes away. So about 40 extra miles/dollars .Why is it fair that those extra miles are charged to our rental order when we ordered it from a station only 4 minutes from our hometown. Not fair!!! Moving is stressful enough without having extra expense added to it!

juanita bThe truck was clean but it severely leaked. The shelf that goes over the cab where we placed most of our boxes including my sons comic book collection, leaked severely and completely soaked the bottom of every box up there. The water then dripped down and pooled on the floor. That being said, the couple running the place couldn't be nicer. I rented the truck for one day, ended up keeping it for 4 or 5 and brought it back late. They kept the store open and waited for me, having no idea that my daughter couldn't find anyone to help her l load

LEON MMy rental truck was filthy, had to sweep it and lay rugs down to even be able to use it. The check engine light stayed on. The gages kept going out, including speed so I could not even tell my speed or anything else. When I hit the brakes, the truck pulled hard to the left and was hard to maintain.

Leona EI have already recommended Willowbrook to other people. They make renting a quick process, returns are a breeze and the staff is so friendly. I like the fact it isn't in a busy area and there's never a problem getting in or out. I've rented here before and will again in the future.
