24/7 mobile process was very ineffective. I still had to go inside the store to get the key and the blankets and dolly I ordered were not in the truck. I believe this was driven by the online ordering process and poor communication between U-Haul and the store. Not their fault. This process took me longer than the traditional way. Very disappointing.

Location and service were excellent. Issue unrelated to location. Trailer (5x10) was reserved over 30 minutes from home, to get the narrower one, UHaul called day before and told me was being upgraded to a larger size. This caused problems with our move, end location had a very narrow, dead end street with cars parked on both sides. Had to back trailer up hundreds of feet up this street. Ended up returning trailer because couldn't use for most of move due to being too large. If trailer size desired isn't available at a location, notification should be immediate so other options can be considered.

Minor issue, but.... clearance lights top right and top and bottom right do not work. No taillights on right side. Right turn signal and brake lights are fine, so most likely just needs bulbs.

The milege charge is outrageous. Especially without a few miles free. I would not recommend renting here unless they were only traveling a mile or two and needed the van for 24 hrs. The young guy that initiated the paperwork was absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer interaction (and no - I'm not related to him and don't even know his name.)

Train the staff sending out the trucks and trailers. My daughter ‘s boyfriend had to hook up the tow dolly secure my daughters car to it. The truck transmission was trash in haul/tow setting adding frustrations and hours to the trip. Pull regular maintenance on trucks to include road testing. Will not rent from Uhaul again.

Have staff members working the counter have computer / process knowledge. Staff member at the time of my pickup was not able to figure out the system. After taking way too long, I had to get another staff member to help him out.

This location was not the original place I had intended to drop off the truck but it was more convenient for me (was told in the morning when I picked up the truck that this would be OK). The agent seemed unfamiliar with the process of checking me in when the equipment was not originally scheduled to be dropped off at this location. Consequently, this process took longer than it should have.
