It would have been nice to have the pick up/drop off location CLOSER to Birmingham, AL than the one used.

Two issues. First the pickup location was 2 hours out of our way. We had requested a pickup in Birmingham, AL and were sent Talladega, AL Second, the rep offered a discount of $200 if we agreed to drop off the truck at an alternative location. We agreed but that was never entered into the system. When I called before my return the service rep said that the offer was declined and there was nothing they could do although I was willing to take it to the West Chester location. So overall, not pleased with the outcome. My experiences with Penske have been much better.

Website is difficult to understand and navigate to reserve and pay for rentals

Location is a gross, old mechanic shop. I attempted to pick up my truck via the phone app, but it requires you to pick up the keys from the employee inside - but there was no one there. I waited for 30+ minutes - jumping between Uhal customer service the whole time. The posted phone number at the location went strait to voicemail. Not helpful at all. Eventually, I just had to change my pickup location. 0/10

There was no one there..around noon waited called..no one present...this was the most unorganized nasty stressful thing ever..

Dropped off truck and was told that I would get my deposit back when I did. The guy told me no to call uhual so I did. Uhual rep had to call them and tell them how to refund me my deposit back.. they also said I went over on mileage which was fine it came out my refund but they also charged me for fuel which I had literally stop at a gas station 20 feet away and left the truck with more gas than when I pick it up. So there goes half my deposit and still haven't received the he rest of it. When I called them bout the gas charge's the lady said she would look and make sure and ask me if f I took a picture. I've never had to take a picture before it's always been right w he when I've rented from you guys. I really believe they were just tryinf to make money and scam me

No one available, no one answered calls, lot was full so no place to park trailer, had to stop traffic to back in trailer.

Don’t charge so much and make sure your trucks have a full tank for customers.

The people was very rude and desperate full I would not recommend uhaul to anyone.the truck messed up had a woman talk nasty and rude to me .pick up truck on empty left it half walk full and did get anything in return. And changed me for pulling a trailer for them .

This is the second time I rented in one month and the my first experience was not like this. This was just horrible!!!!

No improvement needed. The people were very friendly and helpful. They also went out of their way and opened their office just for me because they were closed the day I needed the rental.
