Sam CWhile the lady was friendly she did not know the password to log into the U-Haul account. She had to call the owner and reset the password. The whole atmosphere of renting a U-Haul vehicle from this business seemed to bother them and they acted like it was bothersome to them.
Jerry GThe location was fine. The app was not user friendly. The U-Haul truck I originally order had a dead battery. The location had no one on call to help with issues. My overall experience with U-Haul was not pleasant.
Nona DYour program said they were charging my card on return but you charged me on pickup. At least it seemed that way. I'll check for duplicate charges. The people on site were nice and it was a pleasant transaction. Thanks with zad auto and Uhaul.

Brad HI had to wait over 2 hours to get the truck due to the business being closed. After contacting uhaul a uhaul manager responded to the location and got me on the road. This location should not be representing uhaul!
Randall DVery helpful and quick. My complaint is with your app. We tried to return the truck the night before but your app kept stopping and I had to start again many times. After a long day of driving and unloading if was extremely frustrating. To the point I stopped trying and came back in the morning. Adding miles and gas I had to pay extra for. The app is very flawed and you would think a company the size of UHaul would have a functional app. Please work on that.

John GHe charged us extra day when we had dropped off on time and left a message that it was there since it was a Sunday Drop off and it wasn't open. We even returned it with more gas than we received it .
