FIRST: When the party that was tying up contract failed to add my last name as follows: CATHERINE KIERNAN, and I repeated it to her twice!! SECOND: THE CONTRACT SAYS LAST NAME UNKNOWN!! "REALLY"!! Then they put the Uhaul was supposed to be dropped off in Las Vegas Nevada. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! IT WAS A 2 DAY TURN AROUND TO SAME LOCATION WE PICKED IT UP AT!! OVERTURE DR NORTH PALM SPRINGS. THIRD: THEY WANTED TO CHARGE MY CARD AN ADDITIONAL $20. EACH DAY THEY SAID IT WAS LATE !! WHICH IT WAS NOT!! FOURTH: THE PARTY NEVER WENT OVER THE CONTRACT VIA PHONE CALL!! NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

The location is way out of the way. Truck still had trash in it from previous renter. Truck was dirty The lady who helped me was very nice

Vender was disorganized and there apparently was damage to the vehicle that I did not notice and now I am being held accountable. Pick up location was a convenience store with random desirables coming in and out. Trying to work with them on security footage that may show what happened to the truck prior to my arrival.

You are supposed to contact me regarding problem with Word Lock took over an hour to check out the truck due to lock issues... Also you owe me a credit for workers hired to help unload the truck because Word Lock wouldn't open... Please have a high level manager with decision making capabilities call me ASAP or I will rewind my Credut Card charge and file in Small Claim Court here in Riverside County for money Lost... No because we had augment in them having our drop point total wrong too talking too the web site people is in the dog house with me for sure

Vehicle was not checked in. Had to wait an additional hour to complete pick up.

I dropped off my truck and equipment on time. But they charged me 4 extra days plus coverage. I tried getting in touch with customer service but they do not return my calls. This place is the worst.

I had a confirmed reservation for a 20' truck, when I got to the location the attendant said it wasn't there, didn't know where it was. So she sent me to the uhaul location by cathedral city, where the manager Rudy said the truck was indeed there. He later confirmed that I would be taking the 26' truck which was already reserved for someone else. My pick up was at 9 but I didn't get the truck until near 11, so I moved late and was assured by Rudy that I would only be charged for the 20', which I was NOT, paid full price for the 26', which because it was so big I smashed half my glassware being careful driving up to Victorville. A wild goose chase, paid full price, and smashed glass.

The young lady who helped me was excellent. But the actual location is way out of the way and sketchy individuals around. No lock for the uhaul. Young kid outside asking me to buy him alcohol. The location added 10 miles to my reservation just to get back to my house to move

Tell them the truck has no gas in it! We ran out of gas in 10 miles!
