ALLEN TMy issue is not with this fabulous location in El SOBRANTE - they're awesome. My issue is with the centralized service: Uhaul changed my pickup location four times without discussion and my drop off location once. Note: your customers can't just get public transportation or ask for a ride 80-90 minutes from their original location (especially in the country!), so though I understand you need to balance your vehicle distribution, it's obnoxious to make these changes without even discussing it with your customer.

Windy Flat is in one of the best locations for storing any vehicle with the best temperate climate one could hope for, (never too hot and never too cold) and very secure. It is a tribute to Windy Flat that my 21' foot travel trailer lasted as long as it did. Hats off to Velma and Mike!
