This location and the customer service rep was fine. I had issue with uhaul renting me the truck for less than 24 hours when you advertise a price for 24 hours. The fact that I had to be called and asked to bring the truck back because it was booked out before my 24 hours was up and I wasn't done with my move is unprofessional and makes me think twice about renting from uhaul again. I even took back a full tank of gas when I got about 3/4 tank.Michelle S.

This was one of the most harrowing experiences of my life. I have fairly frequently rented from uhaul but not used the 24/7 system. Very hard to navigate and I had issues with the picture ID/ drivers license verification. This process took 2 hours mainly because I could not get to talk to a live person. I still had to pick up stuff and drive 2 hours. So very tired and upset when it was over.Barbara H.

Got sent by email and by the person at the pickup location to a completely different location. Then had to turn around and drive somewhere else -I assume this is for them to try and get you to over over miles. Really ridiculous and put a damper on my moving process.Arthur M.

Called upon arrival as instructed and was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and decided to go inside. Once inside there were no signs showing where to go for uhaul. Front desk staff was struggling to help guests waiting to check into hotel so I got in line to wait and ask. 15 minutes passed and I finally got to the front of the line where I was greeted by staff saying they could not help me and that I had to go down the hall and around the corner to do self service. I was not told to go on line to create an account when I called to reserve and see availability of the equipment. I incorrectly assumed a call to the manager when seeking availability would result in me showing up on the day to sign paperwork but now I know your locations are all self service. It was difficult to get WIFI/ data access at the pick up point resulting in a 1,5 hour frustration to get the key. On turn in â€¦the poor data access â€¦ with location services on in my phone , would not allow me to share my location in order to complete picture uploads for the turn in process. To the managers credit he did finish my turn in for me on the Monday following my turn in. . The billing was accurate and all finished well. Advise callers to create an on line account before pickup. I appreciated the help I received on the help line.Tom H.

Had a reservation A MONTH in advanced and was called THE DAY of our move to say our truck wasn't available! We took the only truck available which we weren't not able to fit all of our belongings and now we have to get another truck and pay twice as much to get the rest! Don't worry for the second truck we have to get we will NOT be using uhaul! And we will be sure to influence everyone we know NOT to use uhaul.Mihkelle C.
The one way rental went without a hitch. Drop off center was in a hotel which was different. Usually they are always at a gas station or repair shop. The hotel has a big lot so parking wasn't a issue. This drop off center was closer for me anyway.Bryn W.

I reserved a truck at one location and when I got there to pick up the truck I couldnt. I called into the customer service and they said that I couldn't get that truck because it wasn't resvered for me even though I got a text saying to be at that location at that time. I then had to drive 30 miles just to pick up a truck to use for the day and pay an extra 45 dollars more than I would have because uhaul wouldn't help out with the extra miles I had to add on to the rentalBryent E.

The truck loading space was dirty, the attic space leaked when it rained. The oil hadn't been checked and was very low and very dirty. Although there were those low points, we did make it to our destination 800+ miles away safely and with no major hiccups.Steven B.

I wouldn't recommend u-haul to anyone with the experience I had being forced to pay for miles because they couldn't supply me with the equipment in my rental and making me drive all over Lancaster to even find a vehicle that they said would have the proper equipment (which it didn't). 0/10 would rather strap the appliances to my wife's VW Jetta than go through that again.Austin S.

This was my first time renting a Uhaul on my own, my experience was top notch through the entire process.Donna H.
The gentleman that helped was wonderful. Fast and friendly, however when I asked if the vehicle had been sanitized he said yes. I asked because I noticed dirt and bugs in the back of the truck and dog fur on the front seat (I took a picture). Unfortunately when I got it to my location and wiped it down and sanitized it We found a cloth mask and 3 water bottles. This became really funny when we started loading the truck and noticed a sign that said sweep, clean and fold all blankets or get a 25 $fine. I rented 30 blankets only 20 were bagged the rest were not cleaned and bagged and they scrambled to find them and just tossed them on the truck. The truck ran great, no issues what so ever.
