I would not recommend this location. The truck was filthy in the cargo area and I had to sweep and mop the back to get it clean enough to load my items. Took me an extra hour. The location also charged me for furniture pads that I never received, and didn't get refunded. Terrible experience.

Trailer pick up process was smooth. The drop off process didn't work. The link I was using to return the trailer wasn't letting me continue beyond the verify condition pictures. So I just had to take a video of proof for my personal records and have not heard anything back yet. The store was closed when I returned the trailer and they did not answer the phone when I called the next business day.
Noah G.This did not look like a legitimate uhaul. No communication form tube two men there. One was working on a truck. The other man was sitting next to the truck. Pullled up.asked where to drop the trailer. They told us just leave it there. We had to unhook it. Asked again if that's all. They never looked at it or approached the trailer. Didn't feel right leaving it there. Was in what looked like part cafe part resident but it did have the UHAUL sign on the gate.
