Tyler VUnfortunately, I found the experience of renting and returning the U-Haul to be very frustrating and time consuming. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.
Lisa BThe truck was filthy inside. I went into the storage facility and got wet paper towels and wet wipes and wiped down the entire inside of the truck. Something had been spilled in the cup holders and it was sticky and dirty. Uhaul should make sure their trucks are cleaned out before the next rental.
Brian BNo help what so ever with the staff that was there. Had to go through all of these extra steps just to get the vehicle. Staff cannot process paperwork at this location which makes the process of getting the vehicle lengthy and aggravating.

Gail MI needed shrink wrap and this location did not have it. This made my last minute packing unsuccessful. I would never expect a U-haul agency to be without shrink wrap.
Virginia WEmployee at the location could not help at all with online rental. App froze up and I had difficulty unlocking the key box when provided the code. The check in process was way to time consuming and was frustrating.
Chelsea SElectronic check in and return was a long process. Shorten the process would be better.
Timothy CNo body was there. We were told to return on line and the instructions were horrible. It was difficult and I was not happy. I called the uhaul assistant and they were less helpful. I finally got my son who lives in AZ to help me.

ricky bWhen you make a reservation 2 months in advance to prepare for a college student move date, it is not a good business practice to call the customer one day ahead of the pickup time to advise them there is no trailer available. Why have a reservation system?

Timothy PUpon picking up our rental truck we were told we had until 5pm to drop the truck off due to bad weather on Sunday, causing delays in packing and driving. When we dropped off the truck we were told it was supposed to be back by 10:50 am and were charged for an extra day. I am very disappointed with this whole issue and we will not be using uhaul nor recommending them in the future.
Daniel BPrices are ridiculous, Price for the truck was cheap, but then you all the outrageous other fees, $14 insurance,$10 for a dolly that supposed to come with truck. Had to replace gas in the truck, if you put $50.00, it will still be on a 1/4 of a tank. All together I paid $147 for a truck was $29,95 a day and I only kept it a day...: ((((((((

Bradley MThe computer program had problems accepting my credit card and the associate had to keep scanning it numerous times and go back into the program. This was not the associate's fault, but the program itself.
