PREORDERED TRAILER ONLINE,I GO THERE TO PICK IT UP AT PRESCRIBED TIME, IT WAS CLOSED, HAD TO GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE WHAT WAS ONLINE, WHEN I TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT DAY, IT WAS CLOSED AGAIN,HAD TO NOTIFY THE OTHER STORE, I HAD TO HOOK IT UP AND UNHOOK IT BY MYSELF, NOONE WAS THERE TO HELP

The truck was nasty and had greasy food spilled all over the ramp and bed. I had to clean it with Dawn dish detergent and didn't get is all out. Also, I reserved the truck in one location and had to pick it up 20 miles out of my way at another location. This location did not have the furniture blankets that I reserved and I had to pick them up at the original location of my reservations. Not happy with this experience with U Haul.

Someone that would get up and walk you to the vehicle and explain all the things about it and help you connect up a trailer if need.

That area manager should contact me please. Thanks truck was dirty and cup holders was used as ashtray. The lady didn’t want to inspect the truck I was complaining about did do a contract or bother to ask if I wanted a different truck and low on fuel.

Return was not pleasant, I could not find the drop off key box, and the staff was more focus on conducting personal business with Boost Mobile then trying to help getting the truck check in.

Did not print a paper contract. Did not check the vehicle with us. Very unprofessional. The girl handed me a key and said bye. We had to figure out the right trick ourselves and make sure it was ok. Also rented a dolly online and was told that they 'dont do that anymore', so we had to drive to another location and pay for a dolly after I already paid online.

Store don’t open until 10am and they charged for a day but you only can use it for 6 hours or be charge for and extra day.

Representative was unable to provide contract via email and simply gave me the keys with no instructions. Truck was wet in the back and fuel was 3/4 full.

There was no U-Haul Sign on the outside of the Building it just said Bravo and on the inside of the Store you do not know where to go and no signs are posted on the inside with U-Haul on it. I had to ask around before I could find who to return the truck to.
