The pick up process to longer than it should have do to some server issues, it took over half an hour. Everything else was perfect!

Jody P.Ensure that the truck isn't blocked in, I called the previous day and let the location know I was reserving said truck. Ensure that your trucks are clean. I spent 45+ mins sweeping the cargo area before I could load the truck.
