Please make sure that the gas tank is full and don't take the representative word that the gas gauge only goes so far.

Eric T.I was able to drop the U-Haul off when the business was closed using the drop box and a copy of the agreement. It was quick and easy.
TAMMY R.I was given an few extra days with the equipment cause of all the delays and the fact that they didn't have all the equipment I needed. But it was a real let down when I went to drop off the uhaul cause I was charged for the extra day even though they said multiple was given to me. And for that I lost my cash deposit and still had to pay extra. The whole experience was so bad, I'd recommend someone else. Sorry Uhaul but you've lost my business.
Dustin T.UHaul must improve their customer service and schedule overall. The locations themselves were fine with interactions. Then UHaul company as a whole needs to determine better scheduling of equipment. It is unacceptable to inform customers less than 12hours of change of location to pick up equipment that is over an hour away. They must be able secure customers the equipment they are requesting within the location they are requesting for the amount of money that is being paid. We are not pleased with the U-Haul customer service or U-Haul scheduling whatsoever.
Zachary K.I was given a 20 foot truck with a trashed drivers rear outside tire. When 8 had a load on the truck the tire exploded and shredded. I took photos of the tire before it shredded. I tried to call your roadside assistance and waited on the phone for 45 minutes before hanging up. Your roadside assistance absolutely blows/sucks...your preference. Your 800 line customer service refuses to answer, that also sucks. How this truck was ever rented with a tire in such shit-shape I will never understand. Totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned. I was not told I had a specific number of miles allotted for my move and I was charged for additional miles. This whole rental sucked and it'll be a cold day in hell before I ever rent from U-Haul again! Bever, ever again.

Samantha G.You are on your own here. I was given a dozen blankets, then pointed to where the 6x12 trailer was. The tongue weight on this must be 100 lbs so i struggled to hook this up myself and no one checked my attachment.

James T.U-haul changed my pick-up location several times although I booked in advance. Told the rental agent that I would not return within 24 hours upon pick up, but was scolded when I returned the truck. Too many e-mail and too many calls post reservation - rather confusing.

Barbara T.We made a reservation online for a trailer several weeks before it was needed. Basic planning is key to an organized life lived worry free. On pick up day I arrived to the pickup location, reservation email in hand, to find that the trailer I needed was not available. The “customer service rep†at the pickup location claimed that this is a problem with uhaul and was not able to contact them by phone for a resolution. I called uhaul myself who then claimed it was the fault of the pickup location that they didn't have my trailer. The uhaul rep was not able to find a trailer for me within an hour drive. Unacceptable as this was I had no other choice if I wanted a trailer. In an absolute stroke of genius, my wife suggested that we inquire with our original pickup location about a box truck. This would however be more expensive since uhaul charges for mileage but it did prevent me from having to drive more than an hour out of my way to pick up a trailer. They did have a box truck which worked nicely even though it tripled our cost and smelled of cheap cigarettes. The next time I need to move large items I will seek out other options.

Michael S.An improvement would be to have the grass cut in the area you store the equipment. Walking through high grass is not pleasant when you have to get your equipment yourself.

Phillip G.I feel the one thing that can improve this process is to have jacks on the trailers so the customer will not have to ask for help to lift the trailer up and hook it on the ball. I was very impressed though, because the owner himself assisted me.
BRYAN P.IDK - it seemed rather "country", the lady at the desk never came outside or checked the trailer, only told me to "park it on the hill" which did not seem that obvious to me since I had never been there before? She also stated that it was good that I dropped it off early because someone else wanted to rent that size trailer and they did not have one - I asked about getting a partial refund for early return and was told to call UHaul - when I called they said no - it would seem that if UHaul was going to profit by rerenting that trailer I returned early that I should have gotten some type of refund, if not on the trailer rental then at least on the insurance that I paid extra for - it does not seem fair that I paid for those extra days and received NO value! :-[

MICHELLE J.I was charged 37 dollars for a quarter tank of gas.Its a rip off.I came in and purchased the uhaul nothing about 3,5 a gallon would be charged if the gas wasn't replaced and still at the end of the day it wasn't 37 dollars.I did read the contract cause this isn't my first time using wise uhaul but I will never again.
