Ron BorekSnow was built up all around the wheels. The trailer was stuck for 20 minutes, and nobody came to assist.
Robbie KessenRented car dolly. When I loaded vehicle on dolly noticed tire had a bulge in tire. I immediately notified location. When I returned dolly they mentioned uhaul rep was going to be at facility that day and he would decide if I get refunded. I expected refund. Never was refunded. I do not blame rental facility I blame uhaul apparently they wanted me to haul my vehicle with an unsafe dolly. I have been a uhaul customer for many years first problem I've ever had.

ROB TREANKLERWe made a reservation in eau claire, WI about month ago and confirmed at 48 hours before the pickup date. They then called about a day out and from they they informed us we had to relocate our pickup since they didn't have the equipment we reserved. We had us drive an hour to Withee. When we showed up they had rented out the tow dolly we reserved to someone else that morning and only had a 26 foot truck which was a severe difference between our original 15 footer. They only had a full auto tow trailer for our car which they offered in place. However the jack was broken so we were forced to manually remove the hitch and carry the broken pieces. The staff complained of inventory and logging problems to us to explain the situation and how they hadn't been trained. Overall an extremely frustrating situation and was not pleased with uhauls issues.

Stacey KrausThey didn't take the trailer off the name of person who rented it before me. They knew of the problem when I picked it up, told me they were going to correct it and didn't. It was a problem in Mankato at my drop off, and they lied to them when they spoke on the phone.
