DAVID HHad to pick up the truck after store was closed. Was supposed be to use the app to get a code to unlock a key box with the truck key but the app wasn’t working correctly. After 20 minutes I called U-haul and surprise, surprise, was put on hold for 10+ minutes. Thankfully one of the store employees was driving by and saw I needed help, he stopped, checked me in and unlocked the key box and gave me the key. If it hadn’t been for him, it might never had gotten the key that evening. Great service by the store, absolutely crap U-haul app.

BEVERLY BRecently moved from St. Cloud, Florida. That was the reason I rented the truck. I'm disappointed that I'm not gonna be by Wojo's bait and tackle because I always loved renting my U-Haul's from there. They made the process easy and always had equipment in stock.
MATTHEW DI got charged for mileage that I did not use. I used less than 10 miles and got charged for 50 miles. This is unacceptable.

CARLOS MNot a knock on the location specifically. This truck leaked oil on my brand new driveway and they reimbursed my rental fee for the truck. I total paid $150. They reimbursed me $50. Genuinely I think its nonsense that a vehicle yall should maintain doesn't have a check on it prior to being rented to someone where it is inspected for leaks. It ruined my driveway and I got 50 bucks out of it. Kinda BS from a very well known company that I will tell everyone I know to avoid because of this.

MARCUS DThe only thing was when it was time to put gas in the truck the needle never moved while I was putting fuel in it. So, I didn't know when it stop putting fuel in the truck. The out come was i put in 15 gallons when I should have only put in about 7. Talked the manager about it and never heard anything back.
