Easy pickup experience and easy drop off as well. Everyone at this store was knowledgeable enough to answer any questions I had! I was nervous as this was my first uhaul ever but they took great care of me.

LUIS VI took a picture of the fuel inside of the vehicle on the confirmation site that is required to be filled out before driving off and then I filled the U-Haul to that exact fuel line and took a photo before dropping it off for my own reference. I was still charged for fuel, although I did fill the U-Haul up. When speaking to the employee, they informed me that the manager required that I text a picture of what the fuel was beforehand and afterwards. I stated that I only have the after photo because I took the photo on the confirmation site that is required, but I was informed that they have no access to the site and if I did not have that photo evidence texted, I could not be reimbursed. When I asked what was the reason for taking photos on the confirmation site if it was not going to be utilized, I was informed that it was so that they knew the condition of the vehicle prior to usage, however, if they have "no access" to the site, then how would they know the condition of the vehicle? The two employees I spoke with were very understanding of my frustrations, however, the manager did not seem competent in their knowledge of how to operate the U-Haul information. In addition, it was also very unprofessional to give their personal phone number to me so that I could text them a photo. I did not hear back from them and it has been over a week now and I did not receive any reimbursement.

JOHN WCustomer service for first time was horrible Rudy did not know how to hook up trailer and had my 14 year old son do it I also told him he’s suppose to take pictures of hook up before I leave to show properly hooked up He said everything has changed it’s my responsibility to take pictures of trailer and hook up and turn in I explained to him I’ve never heard such a thing He tried to send me the form 3 times it never did go thru His response is Oh well Just send in your pics Ridiculous

PAUL SI ended up needing the UHaul I rented for a few days than expected. Stephan was more than accommodating and always pleasant to deal with.
CINDY HTruck had no A/C . It would turn on and off, but mainly the fan would not kick on . In Florida that is a big issue as it made the process very miserable.

KHRISNA GIt was frustrating because I needed a dozen shipping blankets with my truck and I wasn't told they didn't have them until I showed up to pick up my truck. So I had to have someone drive to a different location and secure blankets that I needed for my moving experience. I am hoping that they get accounted for because I included them with the truck and the other equipment I rented and didn't have any real indication of them being accounted for by U-Haul.

GILBERT RThe staff was great but the location is cramped. I had no trouble but I was concerned about leaving my vehicle overnight in a strip mall parking lot.
Earlene MThe steering wheel was sticky, the rest was ok. The lady -owner of the shop- is nice and helpful, but Its a fishing shop, rental is not the main interest at all.

FRED NThe trailer was put on my vehicle by the staff and although he turned the knob to lock it in place on the hitch neither he or myself tested it and the lock was broke so after going a bit the trailer jumped off my trailer in an intersection under construction with a school bus behind me. I was very lucky there wasn't an accident. After putting the trailer back on the hitch I called in but nothing I could do but try to get the trailer back to the location. I tried to tie it on but it jumped off again so I retied it and drove 10 mph with my hazards on. I lost 1 1/2 hours time. Although when returning I was given another trailer but it should have been provided at no cost in my opinion considering the danger my vehicle and others were put in. The employee was very nice and I realize he couldn't come and get the trailer but there should be some kind of assistance from uhaul when the equipment turns out to be faulty. I would still go to the location in the future though as it's really the only location open in the morning in this area

ROBERT FAbsolutely terrible, I called more than 15 times to confirm the address of return and they sent me 45 min away from the one I was suppose to go to. Terrible customer service

Paula MOriginally scheduled to pickup truck from this location, but was moved to Kissimmee location because issues with mobile reservation. Kissimmee location didn't have a dolly, so drove to this location next morning before Uhaul was technically open and they were able to help me out. Have rented from this location before and have always had outstanding service and safe equipment. Highly recommend this branch to any family and friends.
