The person who accepted the vehicle was great. The site was run down and the driveway just pitiful.

Brought my RV hitch..and the ball was too big for trailer. Had to leave location and go buy a new 3 ball hitch to accommodate the UHaul smaller size. Should list on website.

No staff present on arrival. The return was difficult and confusing. Submitting photos was extremely difficult and I had to pay a $15 cleaning fee despite photographing the truck in perfect condition.

It was difficult to find this place after dark, I spent 10 minutes walking around a house converted into offices looking for the drop box before I realized I had turned in one driveway too soon. Highly recommend more clear signage.

The truck was not cleared of snow, I think the wrong truck was cleaned off. The truck keys might have been mixed up. The U-Haul app didn't help the experience.

The location I picked the trailer up from was not the location I rented it from.Communication was terrible,I was told I would receive an email with pick up details.5 days before my pick up date I still had not received the email so i called the rental location and was told i may not receive it until the day before.I NEVER received an email,I did however get a phone call from U-Haul 30 minutes before my pick up time to tell me that I can pick up the trailer at a different location 30 minutes away.This is the worst communication from a company I've ever dealt with.

We filled the gas tank to half as told to do a mile down from drop off and was still charged extra for gas. Unacceptable

It took us an hour to get approved and sent the link for the lock box. We were also not given the hand truck we paid for. Nothing about the experience was remotely convenient or easy.

I called uhaul multiple times because the internet service was not good here. And I needed to drop off the trailer. Uhaul had me on hold for over 30 minutes

Upon arrival for my pickup, no one was at the entrance. I called and the employee who answered did not speak clearly. When I found him in an office deeper in the building he was on the phone and did not greet me. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke and was difficult to breathe. There was a sign that said masks were required, but he did not wear a mask during the entire check in. The process took very long. When it was complete and he helped connect the trailer, he smoked a cigarette the entire time we were outside. The running lights did not work, so we tried a different trailer. On the second trailer, no lights worked. Those were the only two options, so we used the trailer where most lights worked. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and I did not appreciate that he did not wear a mask and smoked in my presence.

The dolly did not have lights, the tie downs did not work properly. I had to wait an hour while they re-wired it. During the trip, the rachets kept coming undone. I almost lost the car. Thank god for the chains. This dolly cost me over 4 additional hours in road time. I would NEVER rent one again. The stress factor is way too high.

The ramp that you pull down was full of dirt. Had to clean it first before we could use ut.
