It was just a drop off. Gas-station attendent had no concrete information. Plus the location is in an not so desirable area so was concerned just dropping of the equipment without someone taking an inventory of the returned rental truck.SANDEEP D.
This place was terrible and now I have to dispute the over charges of the insurance the women never asked me to sign for nor did she speak to me and then sent me out to the truck with no support just terrible customer service!!VERONICA G.
This was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. The location was poorly maintained, unsafe (I heard gunshots while picking up the vehicle), and the available staff was unhelpful. I spent over an hour trying to get into the vehicle due to a technical error, had to pay for 2 extra Uber rides to a nearby Uhaul location after sitting on hold for over 30 minutes, and had many technical issues either the online check-in. I would strongly urge you to NEVER send another customer to this location. The online check-in should be compatible with all web browser rather than just Chrome. The online check-in should be available prior to arrival at the location - even if it must be completed there (e.g. submission of face picture, as well as front and back of drivers license). If payment at the pick-up site is impossible, it should not be possible to bypass payment with "pay later" during check-in.William M.
I dropped off the car trailer rental on Monday 17, 2021at the address indicated, the person behind the counter was very rude and not helpful with me the customer. I made several phone calls Monday and Tuesday, and yesterday for a confirmation that the contract rental had a closing date for no further dues on my end. Today I made a trip to the address where I dropped rental trailer to see how or who I needed to address this problem with uhaul. Lucky me that there was some one else behind the counter to assist me with my issues.GERARDO L.
