I was informed blankets would be included with the rental, at no additional cost. When I inquired that there were blankets in the truck, the said no and it would be a additional cost of $65 for 6 blankets. I informed the associate, what I was informed when I co nfirmed my reservations. I did not receive my blankets. I also was given 2 different addresses to pick up my rental with my upgrade 20" truck. This was very confusing and frustrating ! Plus delayed my moving! The associate at 76 station was understanding and accommodating due to the the confusion of the pickup.

ALEN OMRANIThe tire pressure were low with the warning sign. The gas gauge had problem and showed wrong amount. The car should be full of gas when the customer starts driving. Unfortunately it was 1/4 and bc of wrong gage gave me lots of stress.

ALEKSANDR PERSTINI reserved 2 furniture dollys, I had to ask about them and was then told they were unavailable. I would have preferred to be notified prior to my arrival so I could have made other arrangements. Otherwise, things went well. Staff was polite, professional and helpful.

This ventura Blvd place is a great location for me but everything I go there it's difficult to deal with the uhaul guy and they talk down to you. Plus my truck this time was filthy as a gutter
Daniel AhalI have been using UHAUL during the duration of my move. Every time I rent a car from them they claim there is excess damages to the car which I never did. The wheels of the cars are not properly aligned, it doesn't feel safe at all to drive. It is a horrible experience, and every time I go there they charge me different prices, unreliable and inconvenient.

Nathan RuizTruck was all over the road. Too much play in steering. Alignment off. Cup holder area was dirty. Returned the truck on Saturday at 2:30. Had to contact them 3 times for my return receipt that I did not get until Monday morning. There were two dolly's in truck. Neither were tied down.

OLGA GARAVITOThis location is good; I like their staff. The only thing that could be improved is the mobile pickup option (which has nothing to do with this location) - I would never recommend to anyone to try to do the self pickup or drop off option. Just go to the counter. If you do the mobile pickup they'll have to call a second person to verify your identity (ridiculous - and what if I didn't have someone who could do that for me?), you'll essentially process your own drop off by taking photos of the u-haul, and it will take 5x as long. I don't know why the process is like this but it shouldn't be harder to get a u-haul than it is to rent a car.

AL HAZEMIThe equipment should be cleaned out after each customer. The customer shouldn't have to clean the truck's interior before they can use it.
JACQUELINE MYLESThe sales person asked about coverage multiple times and I explicitly denied it everytime however I still noticed the charge at the end of service. Truck was fine however this behavior was unacceptable.

There was a soda bottle and receipt in it when I got in and I told the guy he said leave it's for a guy who left it in the truck and needs to pick up! Weird. It wasn't the location issue it was more of uhaul the trucks are just worn out and dirty to no repair.
Jodi MendelsohnI was told MULTIPLE TIMES by one of the associates that I WOULD BE CHARGED $0,39 Per mile after I went over my limit. he lied about the price because he didn't want me to return the truck in the same location and I ended up paying twice the amount. Not a professional way to make business.

Kevin TaylorI cannot say enough kind things about this Uhaul location. They are located inside a gas station but still have all the moving supplies etc to rent. They are super friendly and helpful. Chris was super personable and helped me check in even though he was on his break. He went above and beyond to make checking out super easy and quick. Cannot say enough nice things about their help and swiftness! Chris is the sweetest

I got it on my shoes jeans and sweater Since the rental I've been having a runny nose and cough have since tested my self for covid Its Negative but very unfortunate theses things need to happen Shouldnt have happened in the first place What i dont get is the person who rented it to me supposedly went to check it before giving me the key Yet said truck wasclean and ready Second truck has check engine on Very sluggish would jerk on first and second gear and its an automatic Overall very unsatisfactory But main was the human fical matter will be seeing my Dr for a full blood work Sincerely Carl Murdock

I felt bad and cringed watching him basically tell him he can't do anything right and to hurry up. It's one thing to say that in private but I'm front of customers is unacceptable. I will not be using this U-haul location again. Disgusted

Amir NaderiWe had a problem. My UHaul reservation said 1030 and when I got there at 1045 they said theirs said 800 and they gave away the unit after 900am. Bottom line is they found a 17' unit that did work out for me but went through a few minutes of delay and internal "strain" before we got out and going
