The overall experience was fine . I found the drive unsafe do to dash board under or near wheel kept falling off on my legs which in my opinion is a safety hazard. The dolly was broken.Rocio D.

The crew was unprofessional and just barely hospitable first they weren't ready at the time that it was said to be ready at second the truck was not clean when handed to us finding discarded garbage inside the drivers cabin third their was no walk thru instruction showing us the truck condition and what to expect from it like other locations and lastly when returning the truck at 12:35pm I was told I'd receive an email receipt promptly and thought ok since when picking it up it came within a min or so But I had to wait 4 hrs just to get an email receipt and when asking why it took so long I got no answer from the clerkgustavo V.
All I can say is chris that was working there was helping me out carwash customers and gas customers he we s very fast at his job and I was in and out with my Uhaul like if I was the only one there. I will return to this location for Uhaul. Fast easy and out in no time. Keep up the good work Chris. Thank you for your awesome customer service.Vanessa D.
The location couldn't provide a printed printed contract at the time of pickup The fuel gauge was at 1/4 the invoice on my phone said 1/2.. way off Also I didn't realize until later that this location was charging 0,3 more per mile than the location I normally use. After booking my reservation, following the check in process and having a phone conversation confirming my rental, I was told by this authorized dealer that I could not have the two dollies I rented because I was not going to return them to that location. I was informed of this while picking up the 15 foot van. What was the point of renting them & confirming if I wasn't going to be able to have what I rented?? I then called the regional office to figure out what to do and their only solution was to drive around to other locations asking if I could have the dollies I requested/rented.kyle B.

We had a horrible experience at a different location in Woodland Hills, and that reservation was cancelled. This location was busy and had one person covering the rentals as well as the store customers while the cashier was on break, but he did a fantastic job. I felt bad because he had to work both functions, but he stayed cool and calm and pleasant. Was not flustered and took care of everything promptly. He was a gem! I would just say have adequate coverage for your employees and give this man a raise!donna G.

My bill came in 10x higher than the advertised price. $29,95 per day. The bill was $293! My driver was told we would be charged around $20 for the gas used. To charge me $92 plus $30 for a bs fuel service charge is out right robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves doing business like this. I want a refund.Justin M.

Vehicle needs and alignment was not driving straight, pulls to the right with steering wheel straight, major services need to be done like oil, transmission, etc. ok for a trip under 15 miles, but anything over 50 miles or across the state will not recommend. The reason why I would not recommend this place is because of the experienced I had with the DOLLY! Okay, I requested the furniture dolly ($10) online a day before I picked up everything but then when I looked inside the truck, they only had the utility dolly so not a big deal right, I went back inside the front desk and told the guy that I rented the other dolly but if they really dont have it I'd just take the one in the truck which I did but I asked the guy if is there's any price difference since I am getting the smaller one because the bigger one is not available and surprisingly he told me there's no difference so I just went ahead and took what they gave me. The next day I checked out, found out that the one he gave me was cheaper plus they charge me twice for the furniture dolly and utility dolly!!! Smh. I am just waiting for my refund although its not much but hey, its my money!Jefferson D.

When picking up truck the UHaul representative was not friendly and was short with any explanations. I question why a company would rent a truck with only a Â¼ tank of fuel, especially when the location is a gas station. They did not have a floor dolly in stock, which was part of the rental agreement. In addition, I paid for movers ($320,95) through the UHaul site that did not show up. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with UHaul trying to get my account credited which still has not been resolved.Erik F.

Moving day is incredibly stressful on its own. Customers don't need extra stress added on. 1. The tank was on EMPTY when the truck was handed over. Immediately I've been given an extra thing to deal with. But you know what, maybe it was an oversight, people make mistakes, that's okay, I'll just ask. 2. So I ask if they can fill it up. NOPE. So it's not an oversight, I am very deliberately being given a truck with almost no gas in it. Off to a terrible start here, Uhaul. So now if I fill it up and then don't use all of it, will I get reimbursed? They say yes but how is that calculation going to be done? I don't trust that at all. My alternative is to GUESS how much I should put in the tank to cover my trip. Ridiculous and absurdly bad business practice. 3. The padlock on the back of the truck is so stuck that I have to use every ounce of my strength to get it open. Another thing to deal with. 4. When I made the reservation online, I added an appliance dolly. It wasn't in the truck. I had to check for it, then run back inside and ask about it, to which I get the snooty reply "You have to tell me about it." WHY. You should know. It should be ready for me when I get there. This adds more stress. 5. I return the truck later that same day, go through the online return process, and it tells me I owe DOUBLE because I had it for two rental periods. Definitely didn't. Definitely rented it one morning and returned it that evening. 6. The website allows me to dispute that, which is the only silver lining here, and it tells me I'll get a call from a Uhaul rep within 48 hours. No call comes. It's a full 2 weeks before I receive a receipt in the amount that I originally agreed to pay. Uhaul, there were six, SIX opportunities to make moving day just a little less stressful and NONE of them were taken. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had and I'll be telling everyone I know to go with Budget even though they cost more and I'll be leaving 1 star reviews everywhere.Braden L.

The back of truck wasn't swept out or anything. It had debris everywhere. I asked for a ramp they couldn't provide one. When I arrived the 2nd time to rent truck the other worker working the counter doesn't do U-Haul so he's rude and not helpful. The paper on the gas mileage said my tank was quarter below half when it was a quarter below the quarter mark. So prolly gonna get charged the difference when it was never accurate to begin with. When I went to drop off car guy said lady went home and wasn't helpful again. Also the lady said no one way trips. Truck must be brought back. That was huge inconvenience. When I saw 2 hours to get home from where U-Haul was located I just returned truck because I wasn't gonna drive truck back two hours after going home driving two hours. The back of U-Haul was covered in feces and dry urine. I had to sweep the feces out and cover the urine with towels and blankets so my couch and mattress wouldn't touch it. When I told the employee when I returned it he said â€œOKâ€, grabbed the keys and walked away. I wish I would of checked the back before I left the business. Doubt they would of cared anyways.Ryan L.

The girl who help me miss led me !! I called to ask for a truck and she said she has a 10 â€˜ for $19,95 . When I went there I saw trucks and Vans out side with a signs on them for $19,95 including a sign on the corner property that said â€œrental for 19,95 She asked me to go out side and pick the truck . I did that and then she sent me back because what she meant was another thing , witch was a truck ID # then I said clearly to here what's the deference ?any way they all the same price . I picked the first one I saw witch was not a van and came bake with the ID# I finished the process and left . She never bothered to tell me that what I picked was a 15 footer truck. When I came back bake it was another girl who helped me to check out . When she told me that the rental was $29,95 , I wasn't happy and explained here what I asked for and that I was never told the whatever I picked was a 15' truck . So she gave me a credit and I left the store not before to long to face the original girl running after me yelling at and telling me to call U hall to find out that what I picked was a 15' , without even been reasonable to here my explanation she kept in a very rude demeanor to raid her voice and continue to remained me that she will change the bill and will change me 29,95 . I had a horrible experience with that location, it turn out to be a miserable experience , and I will disput the charges. ThanksYONI C.

I had a 10 AM reservation for a pick up truck for Monday morning apparently the truck was rented out on Sunday and still not yet returned in this location did nothing to get me another pick up truck and then to send me miles away to another location!!!!! Furthermore the only box truck you had to rent had a broken drivers visor was dirty inside was completely covered in bird poop outside the window washer did not work in the windshield wipers were old!!!ROBERT M.

Chris who assisted was very good. The rental had been dropped off by U-Haul at the location just prior to my pickup. It was disgustingly filthy! The location manager was not interested in discussing the vehicle condition noting that I should speak to U-Haul directly. Given my experience, I would neither us nor recommend U-HaulHenry S.

The truck was banged up, but all marks and scratches were identified with X's. The truck bed had a small pile of dirt and broken bricks which should have been cleaned out. The biggest complaint I have is with the App. This is the second time I tried to us the mobile checkin, providing my Credit Card number, pictures of my license, and all other information, but when I show up to get my rental, all the information is not in the system and I have to provide all of it again to the employee. This needs to be fixed or get rid of the option.Mark S.

Tank was just under 1/4 full, inside of cab had a lit of dirt, like from a garden or road project. Windshield was filthy. I expect better from UHaul! It's ironic because the location is a gas station and a car wash so they could have had a clean and filled truck ready for me.ELYSE S.

I showed up at 3:26 for a 3:30 reservation. When I told the gentleman at the counter I had a reservation he gave me attitude that they were closed and the last reservations was supposed to be at 3:30. I look at my phone and it says 3:26, I inform him of that and he says they haul system says 3:29... which I point out is still before 3:30. And as the contract said l. He hands be the keys and says it is in the back... I walk back and see no van, so I start looking in larger vans since I don't see any vehicles... that is when a lady who also works there with a big smile says, oh I will get it for you (she was the nicest part of the whole experience, she had a great attitude and was nice... but I was already in a salty mood from the grumpy guy at the counter. When the van pulls up it is covered in dirt and bird droppings. The bag of the van has a large torn open bag of furniture blankets . Customer service poor, vehicle dirty. Would probably rent from another location in the future.Andrew C.

The mobile checkout process was the most backwards and frustrating system I've ever experienced. We checked out the truck 20 minutes past when we rented it because it took so long (we started 10 minutes ahead of our appt so 30 minutes total to check in!!!). The program kept asking for alternate contacts or business names. We ran out of alternate contacts because it kept asking for another one! We were finally able to make someone work but she was our last option so thank god I guess. It asked for probably 5 people. The mobile process was supposed to â€œcut the time in halfâ€ but I doubt it would've taken 30 minutes to check in person (or an hour if 30 really is cut in half). Unbelievable. It was a TERRIBLE way to start what was supposed to be an exciting day. If anyone HAS to use uhaul go to a store and check in person, do not waste your time trying to check on mobile. Or just use a different company.Amy T.
