Truck broke down

David IBest Part of this Experience was dealing with the owner of building we got our U-Haul, I believe his Name was Tim, let me tell you this man went over and above to make sure our family was taken care of with ALL of our moving needs!!!! Very pleasant experience!!!!
Jennifer BFrustrating that we were not offered locations closer to our starting point and ending point. There was a drop off under 2 miles away from ending point and we were offered something 15 miles away. We had to call and ask for the closer one.

richard tMore flexibility with rentals. I needed to convert a round trip to a one way trip, but the cost is ridiculously overpriced. Won't be renting with Uhaul again. This has nothing to do with the location or service. The Uhaul pricing is stupid.

Jerry MNo place to park truck, had to leave on roadside. No permanent answer about truck rental fee due to unloading team from the app on the truck failing to show up. Possibly get charged for second day? They weren't sure.

Shawn WFriendly and competent service Could improve if site could install light hookups for customer. I had to do it myself At least inform customer of the needed light hookup before they drive to pick up the trailer

JAMES SWebsite indicated trailer was suited for motorcycles. No fault of the specific location but i had to buy ratchet straps to be able to use it. U-Haul should look at this and change their trailer options online to adjust for little issues such as this.
Michael KDidn't have the moving blankets. The 24-7 feature didn't work - it was Memorial Day so we got lucky that the guy showed up.

marianne hThe truck ran well but the inside of the back was not cleaned out. It was full of dirt and dust that had to be clean before we can put anything in it. (Had to purchase a broom to clean out. )The checking in was a little difficult and took a while with employee having computer issues. Had the same issues placing the order earlier in the week. But a different employee (Amanda) was very helpful and got our order in for a truck and processed. All in all was pleased with service and will use again.
angala lWas difficult making initial reservation. No one answered at this location and 800 was having issues the day I called.
Laura WGreat service and friendly staff. Online booking tool would only allow me to reserve an 11:30am pickup. I showed up at 10:30am and the staff took care of me right away. Merci!
Christopher TOur experience was not very good at all. We're supposed to rain in the truck at 1:45, and we never got a truck we had to go 30 minutes out of our way to get another truck. Very inconvenient for our family at such a stressful day trying to move. We're not recommend U-Haul
