I loved the whole experience EXCEPT paying by credit card. I feel that debit should be an option, especially to those that does not have a credit card. It can definitely increase business.

Steve C.Your system didn't include this location in the town of our move. When we chose it, we found an additional drop off charge when no drop off location was chosen at time of rental. It seems that the drop off charge was exactly the amount of miles over that would be charged! Very disappointing. Still awaiting call from “higher upâ€
ISAAC A.My U-Haul truck was towed there due to it breaking down. I was charged for fuel as I was not able to put fuel into the vehicle. It was not drivable and towed here. The number listed for this location is not a working number as well.

JAMES M.seemed like the employee was lost and had no order. I had to hook up tow dolly, go back to yard for a extended connector for the lights that was missing from equipment and take a pic and send to her phone of chain hook up. never got the contract to print so I gave up and left and brought back the dolly 3 hours later. The employee was very young and seemed to cater to a young man that came in after I did. I will find another rental place in the future. I was a mobile u haul repairman in the 90s myself, in Springdale AR. and this was poor service.

Shane S.Upon return this location was closed. The app didn't work so I had to call the 1-800 number to ensure return was documented and dropped my contract in the drop box. I returned the trailer on a Saturday after 1700 which was actually a day early. On Monday I received a late fee charge of $22 which was incorrect. I returned to the location and the owner/manager was very helpful, apologetic, and professional in resolving the issue. I received a refund 4 days later.
