Owner of the business was very quick to accommodate a schedule change that came up last minute. Drop off and pick up couldn't be easier. Parking at pick up was a little tight little intimidating getting the truck out but overall everything went really smooth.

The host arrived before my 7:30 pick up time (even though they were closed) to ensure the truck was moved up, cleaned off and warmed up. He went above and beyond- best experience ever with uhaul

all good, drove 1200 miles, equipment worked perfect.

picked up uhaul on empty and they wanted me to return it wit more then half a tank so i cld get money back afteri called n told then I said I shldnt have been given a truck on empty n there reason was not our problem

My packing blankets were missing and the cab was filthy. It had cigarette ashes and beer cans inside. Also, I reserved a 10' truck and was given a 15' truck that I didn't need. I lost significant money in gas mileage because of this.

The person we dealt with did not know how to properly return the trailer in the computer system. As a result, we received phone calls at inconvenient times for two days AFTER we had returned the trailer accusing us of not having returned it yet.

They were in the process of remodeling.

Part of the problem the app was flaky itself and it would not give me the code to unlock the key. The pick-up location was closed for remodeling, and after several attempts, I went to another U-Haul pick-up location. She was so helpful and even changed my reservation time as the app would not allow me to do anything as I was about 1 hour late and said my reservation expired. I looked to update the reservation, but said no vehicles were available, so I was afraid of losing my truck rental. She also gave me the number of a U-Haul representative as she could not reach the owner of the original pick-up location. I did not know I had to be within a certain time-frame as the email I received said "you are able to pick up your truck at any time". Also, the U-Haul truck was parked in. The only way I was able to get it out was backing down a hill behind the pick-up location.

Just pay attention to what ur milage says when u get in. And when u get out.

the straps on the car dolly was no long enough to haul the vehicle it looked like it had been cut. because of this we had to make the trip to Ohio twice. It was a total was of time and money. Very unhappy with the how this turned out.

Using the online pick up and drop off the the most problem I had. Everything else was easy.

We did not need it for the full time we reserved it..so i will see if i get charged the amount i was quoted...but it was a no hastle experience..thank you..

Too difficult getting uhaul thru smartphone and tough getting key box open. It took almost 20 minutes! Way too long!
