My packing blankets were missing and the cab was filthy. It had cigarette ashes and beer cans inside. Also, I reserved a 10' truck and was given a 15' truck that I didn't need. I lost significant money in gas mileage because of this.

TABATHA PThe person we dealt with did not know how to properly return the trailer in the computer system. As a result, we received phone calls at inconvenient times for two days AFTER we had returned the trailer accusing us of not having returned it yet.
David MOnline check in was a little too frustrating. At least it was for me.

Kevin LPart of the problem the app was flaky itself and it would not give me the code to unlock the key. The pick-up location was closed for remodeling, and after several attempts, I went to another U-Haul pick-up location. She was so helpful and even changed my reservation time as the app would not allow me to do anything as I was about 1 hour late and said my reservation expired. I looked to update the reservation, but said no vehicles were available, so I was afraid of losing my truck rental. She also gave me the number of a U-Haul representative as she could not reach the owner of the original pick-up location. I did not know I had to be within a certain time-frame as the email I received said "you are able to pick up your truck at any time". Also, the U-Haul truck was parked in. The only way I was able to get it out was backing down a hill behind the pick-up location.

Sabra Vthe straps on the car dolly was no long enough to haul the vehicle it looked like it had been cut. because of this we had to make the trip to Ohio twice. It was a total was of time and money. Very unhappy with the how this turned out.

Virginia CToo difficult getting uhaul thru smartphone and tough getting key box open. It took almost 20 minutes! Way too long!
