I tried picking up the truck by using my mobile device, but it did not go well at all. I then tried going through the store clerk, and that still took 20-30 minutes. Bad experience overall.

A van like this really served my needs better as a bachelor, and the price was such that I could keep it multiple nights. Not a bad deal. The owner was kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean. My one critique would be that I rented a dolly that came without bungeeing cords. I'm sure you offered to rent them to me, but still ... come on.

We used the online pickup and were unable to log into the account and complete. Nobody was there to help, and we were on hold for over almost an hour With the toll free number, while the website was “processing”. We were on a schedule and this is unacceptable. We never did speak to anyone except an agent who said after the processing completed “we’re busy@. Not even an apology. Terrible customer service.

Honor your promises!!! I reserved the morning of the rental, got there a few minutes before it was supposed to start. Waited in line for 30 minutes while the attendee dealt with a return. There were other people there, but apparently they couldn't be bothered to man the check in or check out desk. When my turn came, the guy was insistent that I had to return it at the time, exactly, which was now only an hour and a half, vs. the 2 hours I rented for. I said I'd do my best. He said he couldn't rent to me then. I was left with movers at my house, and no move truck. Completely sh177y customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

The guy was rude. He called me when I was and hour late and gave me a hard time for not picking up the truck on time. The truck was covered in dog hair too!

The place is a dump and the service was extremely slow. The truck was clean enough but it shook like a wet dog above 60mph. The Uhaul process including sending a link to take a picture of a license, providing a reference and a second phone number, is insane. Uhaul will be my last choice for future rental needs.

Not enough parking. Lot was dark with not much lighting. The lot had a lot of pot holes. The 24/7 app did not work properly, and I had trouble returning the rental. It was an extremely frustrating return process after a long, hot day of moving. I would not recommend the 24/7 app/ process at all!

Crack in the windshield, our rental was not ready, not even back by the time we were supposed to have it. This made us run later than we expected. The “invoice” I received via email had all zeros on it. Amount paid? 0..Amount previously paid? 0 Amount charged? 0..ridiculous

The van was ready on time, in good condition (almost brand new with only 2300 miles on it), and 15/16ths full of gas, which saved me an early refuel stop. Cargo capacity was NOT as advertised (3400 vs 4000 lbs) but it was not an issue with my load. Nice cab area with a modern radio and excellent A/C. Drove like a big car.

Service was fine but the gentleman running the place didn't seem to know how to properly put things into the system. He fat fingered the time for my rental so it had to be returned by 12:15 instead of 2:15 (even though it was 2:27 when he put it in and I asked for 24 hours) He fat fingered several other things throughout the process which I had to correct, I unfortunately missed this one until I was already in the process of moving. He also couldn't get my dolly rental on the same order as the van rental for some reason and said he had to do it separately so I had to do twice the paperwork (an already arduous process for this particular rental) . He also marked my license as out of state even though it is not out of state this was a local rental in ohio with my ohio driver's license which of course caused the system to require additional contact numbers and information, all of which cost me more time and was a general annoyance. The whole process was slow taking about an hour. The man was helpful enough but slow and poorly versed in the system he is supposed to be operating. I would pickup from the location again but I would make sure to do the order myself online ahead of time to save myself the pain.

When we arrived, the truck was not ready: broken mirror. This was a change in pickup location from our original reservation. It only took 20 minutes for a manager to attach a new mirror, but it would have been nice to have been notified. Since it was farther away from our home than our intended location, we wouldn't choose it again. But the vendor, Mr. Patel, was a very nice person.

The location was a beverage and snack drive through. They had only two U-HAUL vehicles on property. The location was weird. It felt dirty. It did not seem that the person working there could answer any of our questions. I would only go there again if it were the last option I had. I also did not appreciate that I entered all of the information when I made the reservation, only to have to do it all again when I got to the location to pick up the truck.

We dropped the truck off and the establishment was clean . The person that helped use informed us that after the check in, we would receive an email from U-Haul. We did not have a check in inspection. All positive though.

I arrived at 12:30 to pick up my rental and only 1 person working this drive-thru business. Upon arrival, the man had to get his laptop out to look up my rental, then as he was trying to get my rental contract completed, continued to wait on MULTIPLE customers, while I waited. When I finally got key and contract at 1:00, he told me rental was due back at 4:30. I said that it shouldn't be due until 5, as my rental should be for 4 hours and he said how long it took me to pick it up doesn't matter. Not happy, as I was moving items myself and was rushed and left my personal belonging on my front porch, when I went to return vehicle. Rental should be 4 hrs from time vehicle is received. And now, 2 days after rental, I notice a new charge on my credit card that I did NOT authorize for $3.78 for that drive-thru, when my bill was paid and gas was filled up at gas station a block away prior to return. Phone number on receipt is a fax number, so I am going to have to drive over there now. Fraudulent charge!!!!!!

Don’t know much because we dropped the keys off in the drop box. It’s attached to a drivethru located next to the University and is very busy and parking for a large truck is a little tricky. But having it next to the university is very convenient:)

Bill what you quote. When I rented the vehicle I was provided an estimated quote that did not include an insurance charge. When I picked up the vehicle which was not at my preferred or closest location (further away so I incurred an additional mileage cost) I was told it was not an option to decline insurance. While it was only a $10 additional charge, that should have been explained and part of the original quote. I don’t like doing business like this. The vehicle was fine and I had no problems. But I feel like I was taken advantage of for an additional $10. Please train your people so they quote accurately.

I have to change the pickup location, as i didn't find the van reserved at the first place, the first location didn't find my reservation on the system when i was there, The second pick up location was very busy with just one person there, also my first reservation was totally canceled , I suppose it should have been rescheduled, however they just canceled it and made a new one.

I was unable to complete the reservation over the web because I was not allowed to put in my wife's number as the alternate contact because she was a Project Fi (which your staff continually misrepresented as "project 5") customer, even though this is a common network for users of Google Pixel phones (you know, another flagship brand whose customers you REALLY should NOT be trying to alienate). Then when I had to complete it in person on location, I somehow got insurance added back on (no, I did NOT sign for it) and now the email address I was told to write to for questions is not responding. So basically you guys made what should have been a 5 minutes process take 30 minutes, and you charged me extra. As far as I'm concerned, this is a failure on several levels on your part, and I will not be using your system again anytime soon.

Had the truck needed and was courteous and helpful. Since this was a dual facility (primarily a drive-thru,) I was impressed at how well the operator knew his customers, and he helped me right along. When renting online, I'll definitely reserve online from this location if they have the equipment available.

The truck smelled horribly, and the customer service was horrible. The man was extremely rude, could not understand him because he could hardly speak English. I had a reservation and was on time, but it took almost 30 minutes to get the truck because he kept interrupting me to help other customers coming in after me. Dis the same thing when I returned the truck and then argued with me when I asked for a receipt. He refused to give me one until I told him I,wasn't leaving without a receipt. He was extremely rude, and terrible place to rent from especially considering what I paid for the truck. I did not trust him at all, horrible attitude! I paid over $90 for very very bad service. Very disappointed and probably won't use uhaul again. Will never ever use that business for anything(wright spot drive thru) which is where Uhaul told me to go. Had I not been with friends that regularly use U-Haul I would have made the decision to never use your services again. They, however, assured me this just happened to be the worst service they've had and it was simply the fault of this specific dealer. The gentleman in charge kept abandoning us to take care of his drive through clients. He did not assist us in checking over the vehicle before we signed off on it. He also gave us misinformation about drop off locations and what was expected of me as a customer. When confronted with a question he would blow us off completely or just give some vague and unrelated response. Based on this experience I would never use U-Haul again, but I trust in my friends' experiences and for my next move will try to give it another go.
