Took almost 1 hour to give truck key even with online reservation. I do not recommend to any and also I never ever come back to this location in future reservations.
venkata doppalapudiAt one point I thought the truck was going to break down. The transmission is almost shot on that truck. Other than that great customer service.
Dusty HendersonI believe this location is just trying to earn a few extra bucks. This is a drive thru that I had a hard time getting the owners attention. It took almost 30 minutes from the time I got to the lot and the time I was able to finally leave to pack up. The app closed out before I was able to enter the odometer or take photos. I had to call Uhaul to reload the app so I could finish checking out. Not a good experience. To top it off, it was 9 degrees out with a negative wind chill.

Chris DavisThe online sign up process is a pain. And customer service was not helpful at all. The van I had had a digital gas gauge and I miss read it as full and it was only half. When I called and told customer service what happened and that where pictures taken of the instrument panel they could see this. And I ended up filling the tank up she said oh well.
Mark HrubyFix your return part of the truck. It charges me an additional $20 to return it without the self check in. Your app would not allow me to do it. I am very upset I have to pay an additional $20, to the pint where I will no longer rent anything from U-Haul again. A absolute total ripoff. The location was awesome

I had trouble with the app when returning the truck and that same U-Haul representative took care of the return documentation even though he was leaving work when I returned the truck. This was great service and I would definitely recommend this location.

Cheryl SeatonMy review isn't about the rental truck. My review is about your storage unit rental. I rented a unit at the Burkhardt Road facility. I went there with 2 paid movers and a truck full of heavy items, furniture and boxes. The unit I was rented was 336. There isn't a 336 unit! When I tried to get help at the facility there wasn't anyone in the office. Your website says there is someone there 7 days a week by the way. When I tried to call for support I was given options that did not refer to the storage unit. I finally just picked one of the options referring to truck rental and was able to speak to someone who passed me on to customer service. After that I had to suggest to the agent is there another storage facility in the area I could unload my truck. They gave me a phone number to call. I called the Linden Avenue facility who said they didn't have any units available but I would have to physically come to there facility to have my payment switched to an actual unit at the Burkhardt Road facility. I went to the Linden Avenue facility. I told the woman my name (the same information I could have given her on the phone) then she switched my code and gave me another unit. At no time did I give her any information I couldn't have given her on the phone. WHY does you company make it so hard on the customer!! I ended up having to pay extra payment for the movers, the movers load the truck again for me to take items to the dump ( I am a 68 year old female and I had to unload the truck at the dump by myself) then I was late returning the truck to the Wright Spot Drive Thru, due to your extremely poor customer service. I feel I deserve compensation for the additional payment of my movers, mileage and time I was charged on the truck rental. I deserve at least a free months fee on the unit.

Will LoveThe mileage fee is too expensive. I would have used a Load and Go from Home Depot if it had been available. Their mileage fee only kicks in after a set amount of miles. I rented a U-Haul truck only because I needed to get something moved quickly. As it was, I only drove 56 miles and returned the truck in less than two hours. In the future I'll only consider U-Haul if it's the only option.
peter wallaceTook some time returning the truck a day early. The charge for the blankets was removed. Was charge an extra $29 for being over the mileage limit, which I didn't know about? Is something new for one way?
David ImesEven though it says that the hours of this drive thru where the trucks are located was open, there is not anyone to help with U-Haul issues. When I returned the equipment I did so online and right near the end where I was to take a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge, it wouldn't connect and the app even said that there was an error and to just turn the keys in. When I got my bill I was charged the drop off service fee. I was also charged for fuel even though it was full when it was returned. Alarm bells should have went off when I read other reviews about this place, saying the same things that I encountered.

Toni AbernathyThe App to pick up a vehicle when the location is closed, needs to have a video explaining the rental pick up steps that one can look at before arriving at the location. For those with UHAUL, the process may seem straightforward. But for those who do not rent often, it is not. When I called UHAUL for assistance they were VERY, VERY helpful.
